Description of Work: I have used We Care Carpet for many years now to clean my furniture and area rugs. I recently started having them clean my tile and grout in my kitchen, as well as the flagstone on my back patio. Lou and his team are always exceptionally professional and care deeply about providing a personalized and high quality service. Their pricing is competitive and represents excellent value for the quality. I have tried some of the larger companies in the past and will never going back after finding We Care Carpet! |

+ -1 moreThe owner Lou, is the nicest person I've ever talked to. I've been using them for over 12 years. He's had Jacob come out every time to our home. They are efficient, clean, and polite. They do a nice job. He calls when he has specials. They show up on time. I will continue to use them.

+ -1 moreThis was my third time using We Care and we are about to have them come out again next week. They are a local Ramona company and the owner, Lou, is a great guy and he is really thoughtful and attentive. They have always been on time and do a thorough job. We have three cats and two dogs and alot of "pet odor" issues and that is one thing I can say about getting the carpets done is that they come out smelling fresh and clean. I highly recommend We Car and if you live in Ramona it is always the right thing to do to keep your business "up the hill" with local vendors.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in 5 rooms, 3 bedrooms, a small front room and large master bedroom.

+ -1 moreVery responsive management, friendly and thorough. On-site personnel (two men) were very professional and efficient. Both carpets and furniture looked great. My only complaint, overall, was that the volume of the machinery in their truck (to pressurize the system) was very loud and I felt bad for my neighbors. I asked the technician about that and he said that the company was in the process of getting a better truck so that situation would be corrected. I assume that has been accomplished.
Description of Work: This company was recommended by my realtor at Century 21 in Ramona as a reliable local company. The first visit was to steam clean the existing carpeting which I retained after purchasing a townhouse. After I purchased some used living room furniture later in the month, I asked them to come back to steam clean the upholstery as well.

+ -1 moreI've actually used them for years and I really like them. They are located in Ramona. I think they might even have an office somewhere else. They do a pretty good job. I always go to them and I really like them. They did an excellent job. I had stains on the carpet from a puppy and they did an awesome job. The carpets look new. They always do an excellent job and that's why I keep using them. I'm really happy with them. I would tell people that they show up on time, they are very courteous and they are quick about getting the job done. They get right to it and immediately do what needs to be done. They work the whole job through. Everything gets pushed back and the way I request. They basically follow through and do a great job. I would definitely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I had We Care Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning come out in December to clean the carpets for me. They cleaned 3 carpeted rooms.
