+ -1 moreI heard horror stories about home builders, but working with Mike and his crew was a great pleasure. And he continues to be extremely responsive, even 10 years later. He returns calls promptly - usually the same day - and in most cases comes out the same day, or shortly after the initial call. The quality of construction is very good as well - bull nosed (rounded) corners, recessed ceilings, river rock fire places, all included in the price of the house - at least it was with mine. About 8 years into living in the house some floor tiles mysteriously started to tent and I called Mike. He came out the next day, looked at the problem and not only replaced the tiles in question, but others surrounding it just to be sure. To my shock he didn't charge me for the work. Plus he's got a great personality - very friendly and "mellow." If I were building another house, he would be my only choice.
Description of Work: PMV/Mike Dewitt built my home in 1997. It's a semi-custom designed ranch home in the country.
