Sludgebusters Septic Service

We recently had a major plumbing failure that funneled water into the septic tank. I called for a price quote and was impressed with the friendly attitude of the young woman on the phone. I checked a couple of other providers for pricing and Sludgebusters was tied with the lowest, plus they don't charge extra if they need to use a little more than 100' of hose. When I called back to book an appointment, I spoke with another woman who was equally friendly. The first appointment she offered was about a week out because their techs were all heavily scheduled for repairs, but she found an opening for an earlier date and gave me a 2-hour window in which to expect him. Not only did the tech arrive within the scheduled time, but he completed the pump-out so efficiently that he was done within the 2-hour window. He said he'd been with the company for 17 years and was their first employee. He made some recommendations for testing the toilets to see if they were contributing to the problem. One thing that really impressed me was that he didn't start recommending expensive repairs and changes to the tank, he just offered some do-it-yourself suggestions. I will definitely use Sludgebusters again.
