+ -1 moreTerrible he tried to charge $3000.00 More than a competor, after we said No he then harrassed us for days, he would not leave this senior citizen alone who has a heart condition. Very concerned for safery.

Description of Work: Although we decided to work with someone we had used before, I can tell you that Schwaesdall was a close second. His price was the best of all the bids and we verified his work with a couple of other customers. They are not a big or modern company - estimate was handwritten - but Mr.Schwaesdall paid a lot of attention, asking detailed questions about what we wanted and doing a thorough examination of the roof.

+ -1 moreExcellent job, good advice from the start. Replaced another broken tile on a different part of the roof at no charge, and added asphalt shingles where needed.
Description of Work: Replaced old, damaged fiberglass roof with three skylights, including roof repair with new plywood.
