They arrived promptly and completed the job in one day. I was very pleased with their work.

After my AC died on one of the hottest days of the year, I picked R&C since they were local and they had good reviews on Angie's List (as well as Yelp). Tom was very prompt and came the next morning earlier then promised. He troubleshot and repaired my AC condenser quickly and he had the repair part on his truck. He also topped off the refrigerant charge which was low, and checked out the indoor fan unit to make sure it was good. I asked several technical questions and he had no problem answering them. He was in and out in under an hour and his fee was reasonable. Very professional guy and I will definitely call him for future work.

Robert advised me of the furnace that would be needed for my condo. He was extremely professional and pleasant to do business with. The old furnace was removed and the new furnace was installed the next day after the estimate. They did a great job installing and leaving the area very clean. I am very pleased with this company.

Good communication, both before and after on time arrival. Nice guy, great service, great price. I'll have him back the next time, for sure (knock on wood, it won't be necessary for a long time).

Outstanding service!! We called in the morning and they happened to be in the area so came by within an hour or so. They replaced wires that had been chewed through & added refrigerant. Also tested compressor status and determined it was operating efficiently and did not need to be replaced. We appreciate their honesty and not trying to upsell us on a new unit. We will never call anyone else ever again for heating & AC issues! They also do plumbing work too and we will likely use them to install an inline water heater down the road.

After doing a lot of research and checking out many companies, I came across R & C Heating and Air and was impressed to see they had straight A ratings across the board at Angie's List, the Better Business Bureau, and several other sites I checked out. I'd never seen a company with such consistently high ratings! My experience with them even exceeded my expectations. They were prompt and efficient, professional, yet friendly, thoroughly explained everything, gave an accurate estimate and stuck to it, and they kept things very clean and left no mess afterwards. They sent a 4 man crew, 2 of which were the owners, and got the job done in a day. This business is the best I've ever worked with. I own multiple properties and have hired many companies for various jobs, but I've never had the pleasure to work with one that is so eager to make the customer happy. They went far beyond what they needed to do to make the job go well and the outcome really shows that. Their craftsmanship and expertise is impeccable. I cannot recommend R & C Heating and Air highly enough. Hire them. You'll be glad you did.

They are nice and honest. They are also reasonably priced.

Great job. The thing that won them the business between them and another company was that they returned to our house 2 times to check on different questions that I had posed to them. The other company just quoted me on the phone for the additional features I wanted. Pricing was very competitve. Mauzy quoted me almost 4,000 more than they did. They wanted to make sure that the job was done right. Even when I asked them for a style that they didn't normally carry, they found the type that I wanted (side fan). They did a great job.

These guys are great! On time, quality product, answered all my questions. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

One toilet had a broken seal and the other was improperly sealed after I had a bathroom remodeled. They come out pretty quickly, are very responsive and very nice. I appreciate that they don't try to sell me anything extra.

I called several places for quotes. R & C was very thorough with my exploring our needs and helped us to get the right unit (heat pump) as well as duct work. They came several times to check things before the whole bidding process was done. That is what separated them from other companies. The others didn't seem to want to make the trip to my home.

They came out right away. They've always been friendly & I trust them - They're the people I would use when I have any heating & a/c issues. I get the impression they're family owned business & I like working with them.

I purchased an AC unit from R & C about 2 years ago and this was my first service call. R & C warranties their work and equipment, which made this experience awesome. Tom responded right away and I highly recommend them for your heating and AC needs.

Overall, my wife and I are completely satisfied with the work that R & C performed. Not only are these folks very experienced and knowledgeable about what they do, they are also very personable. Both Tom and Pat (owners) were very nice and their helper (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) took a lot of time to explain any questions that either my wife or I had. I gave R & C Heating and Air an "A" rating with the exception of price. Under price I gave a "B" rating. This "B" was not against R & C but rather it expresses my mild displeasure with the overall pricing and costs of this particular industry. In my opinion, the total amount charged by R & C for this job was very reasonable. I would surely use this company again and I would definitely not be afraid to recommend them to any of my friends.

I think I paid them $100. They diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem, and they were flexible in terms of when to get the work done. I would use them again in the future.

They charged me a really good rate, the best rate in town. Based on the comparisons that I did with 3 other air conditionings, R & C Heating & Air were pretty reasonable and they have a cut service and on dot kind of a process which was really good. I like the customer service and also it's a mom and pop kind of shop. The owner came out and they kind of do everything themselves and they were really good. The warranty they provide, instead of it being a one year warranty they do a 5 year warranty for labor. They were just really honest and really easy to work with. They were able to install the system in one afternoon which was great. They placed everything brand new. They were really good and really made it simple.

They showed up ontime and they were proffesiionl and very informative. They were very considerate to my house, they wore foot covers and used drop clothes they even vaccumed on the way out. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!
