+ -1 moreCeasar is a licensed contractor. He checked out well on the CA GOV Contractor check website. He showed up when he said, stayed the entire day and worked neatly and quickly! His staff were clean, polite and neat. All in all, he did what he said he would do at the price he quoted. It took la bit longer than he estimated, but the work was perfect, his cleanup excellent and his professionalism was excellent. Extra work hours did NOT change original price quote!
Description of Work: Interior painting of a 3600 sq ft home. Home has high ceilings, lots of built in cabinets to paint around. He was the only contractor that provided a written quote for the work we agreed upon.
