I hired J Casillas to install a new electric outlet in hallway on October 22. He told me to text him a reminder which I did. I also left a phone message. He never responded to my messages. Nobody showed to install the outlet. I was very disappointed because the electrician did a good job on October 15 when I first hired them to replace a bad switch.

Miguel was very professional and very knowledgeable about the type of security fixture we needed installed. He also knew right away that there was a corrosion issue in our breaker box causing one of our outlets to overheat, which a previous electrician did NOT catch when our outlets were all upgraded. While the cost was much more than we planned due to the extra work, we now feel safe and confident that our electrical system is in good order. He was patient and explained everything well, very neat, and a pleasure to work with.

I was very happy with the service. JC electric installed 10 recessed lights, 5 ceiling fans and two chandeliers including dimmer and smart switches. The price was competitive and the work was high quality. I highly recommend JC for residential electrical needs.
