+ -1 moreBrian Gilley was punctual and professional. He and his team cleaned after themselves and had all the debris gone by the end of each day. They even hauled off the tree prunings from my yard work. They used good quality materials with skill and finished the job within 3 days, as promised. The entire team was polite, reasonably priced and lots of fun to work with.
Description of Work: Gilley's Roofing tore off a 30 year-old layer of composition and then a layer of cedar shingles, inspecting as they went for termites in my (950 sq ft) house and garage. For no extra cost, Gilley's covered the roof with plywood, rather than particle board roofing felt and my choice of Corning 30 year composition. Not only did Brian choose the perfect color to go with my house, but the detailing he did on the peaks of the roof improved the overall look 100%. A small portion of flashing had been overlooked on the far side of the garage, but Brian returned within 2 days to correct the omission. Later, when insulation was laid in the attic covering the eve vents, I asked Brian Gilley to return, to install a Whirlybird (which I purchased) to vent the attic. He returned in good time and did the work without charge!
