Earl Langley Pool & Spa Technician

After realizing the spa leaked , I notified the seller who told me to get a spa repair person out to fix and he would pay for it. I had Earl Langley out and he said anything is fixable(yes for a price, $ in his pocket) He fixed 2 leaks that day, then insisted that the original place I pointed out to him that was leaking was from the pump seal spraying onto the shell where I was pointing to. Wrong! !! After he took pump out(cut the bolts off (where it was mounted securely to spa bottom) took pump to his home and replaced seal, brought pump back and reset it inside spa but did not mount it as it had been previously(he told me it would "stress the pipes" if he mounted it as it was before removal). I told him that I would likely be trying to sell spa and needed motor mounted so when it gets moved it doesn't flop around in there, he insured me that if I did sell spa call him and he would re-mount the pump for free. After he refilled spa and assured me there were no active leaks in spa(which being a trusting person took his word for instead of inspecting spa myself) I fooishly paid him the bill he handed me. 10 minutes later I finish what I was doing and go check spa, only to find it is still leaking in the very 1st place I pointed out to him, where hi insisted it was spraying out of pump from!!! I called him right then and he said that it was impossible it was just residual H20 there. NOT!! I phoned him several times after that he never once has returned my call.!! I recently finished draining spa and now have to pay someone to haul away! Never did get all leaks fixed,! Did not re-mount pump to spa! Refused to return phone calls! POOR BUSINESS ETIQUETTE!!!

Suhil came initially to the house and made a repair for a leak in our hot tub. He did not want payment at that time but wanted to see if the leak was fixed. The leak continued, and Suhil made a second trip at no additional charge and successfully repaired the leak. He was on time, repaired the leak, and very responsive to email correspondance. When replacing the panels on the tub they were a bit off-centered, but when this was called to his attention he returned at no charge and corrected the problem. He did not want payment until we were satisified with the job. I am very happy to have finally located a reliable spa technician and will not hesitate to use him again.

He is a great guy, very knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. He is very punctual and came on a Sunday one time.
