Serviceman informed me that door was unrepairable but for $20 under the table he would reverse handles so refrigerator was usable until new door arrived. NEVER called back, I called for 3 days in a row and finally was told it would be better to buy a new refrigerator. Gave only a vague estimate if I replaced the door. The only reason I'm giving a D rating instead of F is that they did manage to get a serviceman out the same day I called.

It took 2 1/2 months to get the dishwasher fixed. Parts were incorrectly ordered and each time it took up to two weeks to get them to come back with correct parts. It always took me calling and asking what the status of the parts were and they said they would call back in 20 min. Two days later I would need to call them as they NEVER called back. This happened each time. Also, I was told parts were not under warranty and after checking with Kitchenaid found out they were covered under warranty. Clarks requested my credit card to order parts and said they would not charge my account and I could pay by check. Needless to say they charged my card and for the parts under warranty. I called the owner - Brad Clark to get matter resolved. He apologized and said they would reimburse me except for labor. I just received my credit card statement and they have billed me additional $104.25(?)and no refund. I have asked my credit card company to step in to resolve. Kitchenaid is aware of problem.

THIS COMPANY AS VERY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP FOR THE FIRST APPOINTMENT. IT WAS DIFFICULT TO GET ANYONE TO RETURN OUR PHONE CALLS WHILE THE PART WAS ON ORDER. VERY HARD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. HOWEVER, ONCE THE GENTLEMAN DID FINALLY GET HERE WITH THE PART, HE WAS VERY POLITE AND EFFICIENT.
Description of Work: WE HAVE A 60" MITSUBISHI BIG SCREEN TV THAT THE COLOR WAS OUT OF TUNE. THE MAIN COLOR REGULATOR NEEDED REPLACED. THE PART WAS REPLACED.
