Baratelli Electric

He returned my first cal promptly but I hoped to find someone sooner. When I couldn't get anyone else I called back and left a message that the Wed. would be fine. He never called back. I called again on the next Tues. but he never returned that call either.

John, the owner of Baratelli Electric, is fantastic. I left him a text in the morning and he promptly returned my call by noon the same day. We scheduled a date for the following week and he arrived promptly at 8 AM. He provided an estimate over the phone, looked at the required work when he arrived, and discussed the project and confirmed the price before he started. John is very professional and friendly and his work is excellent. I would not consider using anyone else when electrical work is needed.

John did an excellent job. He was on time, discussed the work I wanted and was professional and friendly. John provided his expert opinion on the placement of the recessed lights, took his time to map it out and offer different suggestions and gave us overnight to think about it. For the outside light, John listened to our requests and was more than accommodating. We were extremely pleased with the quality of work that he performed. I would recommend John without question the next time I need electrical work done.

He was on site for a short period of time and was very helpfull. Project was installing a new cooktop to replace my old one and it did require moving theoven.

I first got a rough estimate over the phone and John could not be easier to talk with. He walked me through what he would do and gave me several options regarding the lighting in advance so he could procure the correct equipment. We agreed on a start date and on that day, he was prompt and courteous. When he arrived, he took off his shoes before entering the house, thus heeding my and quot;please remove shoesand quot; sign that everyone else seems to ignore. He was friendly, courteous, intelligent and very respectful. He did a lot of prep work on the canned lights upstairs and even mapped it out for me so I could decide if I liked the configuration he laid out before drilling any holes. He took the time to measure everything and took into consideration what the purpose of the lights were and the existing lighting from the windows. I told him it was a hobby room so he thought about the placement of the lights with regard to shadowing and how the work areas were laid out and how the light would affect where I would be working. He did an extremely thorough job and I was very impressed with his attention to detail and the quality of his work. He truly believes in providing quality work and it shows in the finished product. He even cleaned up after himself and patched any drywall that needed to be patched, leaving the room ready to go. In addition to all this, he even put up with endless questions from my three year old son who was very interested in every detail of what he was doing. He was very considerate and even took the time to answer most of his questions. If that were not enough, the work he did was at a very reasonable price and he didn't want payment until the work was completed. Needless to say, I will be using Baratelli Electric from now on and recommending him to all of my friends and family.
