+ -1 moreThings went very well during the planning and estimate phase. We had a specific AC maker/model in mind that Acunas didn't routinely use, but they obtained the units and installed them for us. Extra electrical work also had to be installed to support the AC units. Installation itself was somewhat challenging as the workers sometimes didn't ask our preferences or provide full explanations. For example, they initially began installation of one unit without clarifying exactly where it was to be, (so, it had to be moved), and also installed a remote bracket without asking where we wanted it. After installation was complete, we realized that the positioning of an outside unit blew warm air into a dining space. When we called about this problem, we initially were told, "but that's where you said you wanted it placed". We then explained that we hadn't been told the unit would blow warm air in that direction, so within 7-10 days, they returned and repositioned the unit (at no additional charge).
Description of Work: Installed two ductless AC units in our home.
