DON'T REMEMBER THE YOUNG MAN'S NAME, BUT HE GAVE ME A LOT OF TIPS ON CARPET CARE.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine and everything went well. It was great. They were very professional. There was some kind of a mixup with the date and he was very gracious about it.

It turned out fine. I did spend more. They did the job and I was happy with it. I did order more, I just was surprised that stairs cost more than hallways. I would use them again.

The workers at Zerorez (Ronnie and Buddy) were fabulous! They were on-time, professional, courteous, and quick! My husband and I are so pleased with how our carpeting and tile looks so much brighter and cleaner. We will definitely use them again!

Pre-treated and cleaned 3 rooms and a series of steps and 2 landings.

They were a little hard to scheduled but that's probably a good thing. They are busy. |The carpets took longer to dry than promissed but they look beautiful.

They were really good. They clean to be green but they sure do a good job and I didn't think the carpet could be cleaned. All they did so far was clean 2 carpets and they did an excellent job. For the cleaning itself, it was $99 and $14 to make up for how far they had to go, and then on top of that I asked them to put the stain release back on the carpet again and that was an extra $60 for the 2 rooms. They were friendly, really efficient and when they got off, there's a stain that I couldn't get out but it's okay. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone. Students had lived there and they had all kinds of stains, it looks like somebody brought inside a motorcycle or something but it all came out. I never had carpets cleaned before but the basic price of $99 plus the $14 travel fee I thought was pretty inexpensive, and they really cleaned the carpets. He called me and he told me he was going to be there in 25 minutes and he was there in 15. The guy even wore little white slippers like you'd see in Silicon Valley.

They were nice people. They were considerate, really professional, and got the job done well. There were no issues. I did not compare the prices.

They showed up on time and clean my carpet as promised. It had never been cleaned professionally before and I was very pleased with the results.

i was more than satisfied by smooth clean appearance of the fabric. They looked just great. Also they left a spot cleaner for any boo-boos that might occur before I get them cleaned again. Did I mentioned how fast the fabric dried? That was pretty great too!

There was a communication error. I was told $3.00 per room for spraying protectant per room by the technician (Alex). However, when the bill was written up- It was $30.00 per room. I complaint. Alex gave me No charge for the Spotter kit (usually $30.00).

It was very good. The one downside was that it would be nicer to have a little tighter window on arrival time for services. The services were very good once they came out. I paid an additional amount because I added more services. They're better than another company I use for carpet cleaning and pretty close to comparable on service. They did a good job calling out when they were finishing up their last appointment and trying to give a closer timeframe.

They brought in machines and cleaned and fluffed the carpet to an amazingly clean color we didn't know it was. They cleaned up after themselves and we're very prompt.

Manny was very professional and friendly and did excellent work on the carpet and especially put a lot of effort to clean our natural stone kitchen floor. We had initially called them for carpet cleaning but Manny demonstrated us the kitchen tile cleaning on one tile and we are so thrilled with the result that we went ahead with the kitchen floor cleaning. Two thumbs up for Manny and his work ethic.

Technician was great! Timely & efficient! Had my Living & Dining rooms' carpets cleaned (plus a small hallway between the two) with this special. |I am very pleased with the results.

Manny called 1/2hr ahead & arrived punctually as promised; he was both friendly & professional. He explained that ZeroRez uses a special deep-cleaning brush which helps to lift stains & brush the carpet fibers enabling a deeper clean without soapy residue--boy was that right! We have a couple of old spilled coca-cola stains that rarely are removed even with concentrated cleaning--this is the best my carpets have looked since they were new!! I'm very impressed & would definitely use ZeroRez again--highly recommend them; I'm delighted.

Providers did an excellent job. All areas are very clean. They were prompt and finished the work within a reasonable time. My only issue is the cost of the service. I seems to me to be a bit high. If it were not for the discounts, the total service would have exceeded $500.00. Even with the cost, I will use there service in the future.

They arrived on time, explained what they would be doing and how it works. They did a great job, were completely professional and the carpets look great! Would use their services again.

Did an admirable job. Representative was pleasant, helpful,. I did not rate A for quality only because unable to clean all the stain out and I am one who believes A or xcellent means just that.

It went fine and we were happy with the work.

I tried contacting the carpet cleaner the day I purchased the service. There was a delayed response to my date selections - they said I would have to call in to arrange for the work order. This has not occurred as of today.

My husband tried them but I guess I was not too happy with them. They advertise a price on the radio and then I realized that I just have an extra long hallway and a stairway that we put carpets on and the rest have wood flooring and I just have two rugs. Their price for the rugs was really high and I have five-by-eight rugs. The stairway and hallway were all extras because they do not consider that as rooms. The guys who came to clean did not cover the stairway baseboard corners properly so the hose just kind of scratched off the paint and we had to retouch it. So, with all those little things dinged out, I did not think that it was professionally done. Their advertised price was $129 or something and I ended up paying $300 and something. I also emailed them and they never responded back but they were punctual. I am not going to use them again. It is over and I am done with them.

The worker who came and cleaned my carpets was very professional, worked efficiently, did a thorough job, was pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained each step and told me what each process did for my carpet. I was very pleased and still am a month later, with my clean carpet. There was a small glitch in the billing, which Zeroez was so scrupulous about taking care of that they credited me TWICE for the amount of the mistake, which was due to my and the worker's confusion about what to do with the Angie's List prepayment. This was VERY quickly and graciously remedied.

It went really well and i liked that there were no chemicals. The only issue was that the provider only sent one person out and i was used to having 2 people so that it was easier to move some of the sofas. My husband and I ended up doing the lifting but the carpet came out looking great. If you can manage your own furniture, they were great, but I can see that in a few years this may present a problem for me.
