I highly recommend Zerorez! The carpets in our home had never been professionally cleaned and they were very soiled and stained. My husband never likes to have service people in our house, but I told myself that this was the year I would call a professional carpet cleaner! After researching and reading many reviews on Angie's List, I decided to call Zerorez and make an appointment. Ed arrived right on time! He was very polite and personable. I showed him the rooms that needed cleaning and also areas where there were pet stains, which he treated with a special solution. After Ed finished cleaning the carpets, I couldn't believe my eyes - they looked like new!! I was so happy! We have a long runner in the living room and Ed cleaned it free of charge. Also, there were several large pieces of furniture that my husband couldn't move out of the way; I told Ed initially to just clean around these, but I was so happily surprised that Ed had moved the furniture so the entire room could be cleaned; he also put protectors under each leg of the table so the wood would not be damaged by the wet carpet. Our experience with Zerorez was excellent; now Zerorez has a happy customer for life.

Carpets were quite soiled, and we thought they would need to be replaced. They did a good job restoring the look of the carpet quickly.

The service provider came in and cleaned the carpets. He was efficient, polite, and professional. My carpets are very light, but we keep them very clean, so I don't have any miraculous tales to share about the quality of the cleaning.

I paid $149 in Oct. and requested for service in Nov. The company never contacted me for confirmation. I called Angie's List who directed me contact the Zerorez directly. Zerorez said my email was never read by them. They said they were too busy to schedule service on my requested dates. I asked for a refund, and they directed me to Angie's List. In my opinion, this company is unprofessional and lacks good customer service.

All heater vents in my house was cleaned. No problems.

Absolutely amazing results. Light brown carpet in the living room showed a wear path from the front door to the hallway and there were what looked like black grease spots on the carpet. It also had that wonderful "wet dog" smell that no amount of vacuuming would remove. The back bedroom had wear trails and spots from liquids that were spilled. The team called to let me know they were a block away and would be there soon. Arrived at the house on time and introduced themselves. We walked the house to look at the carpets; I asked if there was any additional cost for the spot removal and was told the price was all inclusive!! The cleaned and sanitized both rooms of carpet in under 45 minutes. I was amazed that the dark spots, wear marks and stains were gone. The carpets looked almost brand new and the dog smell was gone. The carpets dried in about an hour. I will totally use Zerorez again and probably take them up on their other services like upholstery cleaning!

Provider was competent, knowledgeable and friendly. His work was excellent. The ONLY reason we will not use him again is because we have moved out of the San Jose area. I highly recommend this service

Beware. I'm not sure why this company gets A ratings from so many customers. I don't get it. Several problems: 1. The upholstery cleaning left two large white spots on my Thomasville sofa. The company reps came out twice and couldn't figure out how to get the spots out. They took my cushion a week ago and haven't returned it within the time they said they would. They still have it. I believe the sofa is ruined from what they tell me. 2. The carpet is still dirty! I have Stanley Steamer come every year and they get the carpet clean. This method did not. There are streaks in the carpet showing dirt lines that weren't carefully overlapped during the cleaning process 3. Tile cleaning: they don't bother trying to clean near the baseboard. It;'s pretty clean up until 2 inches or so from the walls and corners. Not acceptable. 4. Wood floors: not sure how clean it is supposed to be, but I ran my Swifter over it afterwards and it picked up significant dirt still. The technician manager who came out and took the cushion said he would have the company come back and redo the places that are not clean. Never got a follow up call yet and this was a week ago. I'm missing my cushion. I've never done a bad Angie's list before and have always trusted 'A' ratings and had great results. I'm so disappointed and the cost was so high too. $1800.00 for a service I wish was never done. UPDATE: They called after I called in again and complained and are sending a crew to redo the dirty things and bring back my cushion. The couch is ruined. They have to way to remove the spots. They are going to get back to me about re-upholstering it. But I love the original fabric. On a positive note: the people are very nice. I loved the crew who worked here. You cannot find nicer guys.

I needed carpet cleaning service for master's bedroom about 250 sq ft in size. Worker arrived on time. He was polite and worked fast. After service, carpet was clean and smelt free of pet odor.

They were available quickly when I needed them, as I was about to have an open house. They cleaned the carpets, got out the pet stains and carpets looked great! I would hire them again.

They contacted well through the process, technician was prompt, efficient and did a great job. We would use them again in the future.

This company is amazing! I've gone with other carpet cleaners before, but will only go through them now because of the quality of their work. The price is very good and they always do extras at no charge. The person who came was extremely professional, clean and courteous. They carpets looked brand new and never stayed wet like with other cleaners. I cannot recommend them enough!

We have used them a number of times. The cost was competitive. The experience was good. I like the method that they use. It is a water-based method so there are no chemicals and it does not leave any residue; that is where the name comes from: Zerorez. They use ionized cleaning and it works very well.

They did a real good job and the price was what they quoted. They were professional and I was very happy with that.
