Description of Work: They had cleaned a fairly large carpet area in my home on July 24. I called them back a few days later to report that there were a couple of areas on the carpet that didn't get fully clean. They came back today and got it done (at no additional charge).

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet, sofa, and chair. | |Because of some very persistent stains I was considering replacing 15-year-old wall to wall carpeting in a very large living room. Since the carpeting was otherwise in very good condition I decided it was worth letting Zerorez have a go at the stains before spending thousands of dollars to replace an otherwise perfectly good carpet. | |They were able to get the stains out, and make the carpet look new again. So, the relatively small amount of money I payed them to clean the carpet (the majority of the charge was for the furniture), and the amount of money it saved me, it was more than worth the cost. | |They also did an excellent job on the furniture.
