Description of Work: The agent called to tell me he would be a little earlier than planned. That was good but it went down hill from there. The carpets look exactly as they looked before the Zerorez cleaning, covered with light and dark areas. We get a better result when we do it ourselves with a little spinning brushes carpet shampooer.

Description of Work: Zerorez expertly cleaned 2 staircases and a bedroom carpet, getting out stains we didn't think we're possible to remove. They took 3 oriental carpets for cleaning. Our only complaint is that they had our carpets for two months and the guys who brought them back were very reluctant to help my husband lay them down where they belonged.
