They were prompt, professional and provided great service. Carpets were clean and fresh got stains out and best job on my stairs to date.

I think it's a franchise. They have locations in the south bay and along the peninsula. I got an email from them, I'll check my phone for information for you. We used them once before. They offer good quality, do a good job, and showed up on time. They originally quoted me around $400, by the time we added upholstery cleaning, and pet treatment (which was $90), it adds up pretty quickly. I think they are expensive. You are paying more for an environmentally free service. The driver had difficulty finding my address. I would expect them to have a GPS, it took at least 30 minutes for them to find us, and I had to explain to the driver the address which was frustrating. I give them good ratings and would use them in the future.

The guy called in advance to let me know when he'll be arriving; arrived promptly, worked thoroughly - spent almost two hours, including spot cleaning with a brush using various cleaning solutions in the most problematic areas. Almost all dark spots, including numerous large ugly coffee-like stains disappeared. Unfortunately, the darker outline of a plastic carpet protector in the office is still visible in places, and a small area with a mysterious blue tinge in the second bedroom was not affected. That's the disadvantage of the green technology, I guess. After the cleaning, the carpet was slightly damp, not sticky or soapy at all.

They were professional, on time and did a good job cleaning the carpet. Overall, they did a good job and would use them again in the future.

Our technician called about a half hour prior to our scheduled visit. He told me that he had been running a little late but that he was on his way now. He actually arrived within our allotted time, so I was OK with that. I told him that in the past our carpets had taken a long time to dry. He said that he would be sure to pull as much of the moisture out as possible and that they should be completely dry within 24 hours. First thing he did was pretreat any spots, then he started cleaning. He was very meticulous and methodical. When he was finished, he asked me if I would like to have my couches cleaned or possibly my kitchen tile. I told him no on the furniture, but I am interested in the tile & grout in my kitchen, so I will schedule an appointment after the first of the year. I thought he did a great job getting our carpets clean, but the proof was the next day. Our carpets were perfectly dry and very clean! No spots anywhere! I am a very pleased customer and would definately recommend Zerorez again.

I like them. They charged me $240. I did not like the people so much, but I liked the way the carpet turned out. There was one thing I did not like about them. When they came out the first time, they cleaned two sofas for me. They charged me quite a bit. The next time they came out, they did the same thing. They put the rag over and told me that it was dirty. I asked them as to how could it be dirty when it was cleaned just six months ago. I think there is something funny going on with that. I would use them again in the future.

They use ionized water instead of heavy shampoos. Your carpet dries much faster and they have been able to get some stains out that I didn’t think were possible to remove. They were very prompt and polite.

They are very professional and they do a good job. They don't use any chemicals. I guess its steam cleaning because they have a very powerful machine. Apparently they alter the pH of the water in order to do the cleaning rather than using chemicals. They are a little expensive but I'll use then again.

The overall work and the people who came out for work was fine. I would use their service in the future too.

When they left, not only was the carpet not wet, but there was not a single trace of paint. They came the next day which meant it was heavy duty dry paint. They got it all out and it never resurfaced. They were absolutely fantastic.

They showed up on time and cleaned the carpets. The carpets looked nice, but spots appeared back on the carpets in a matter of about two weeks. I called them to have them come clean the carpets again, but they didn't call me back. I called the headquarters and scheduled an appointment with them. They didn't show up for the appointment until two days later. They showed up without notice wanting to clean my carpets.

Put off cleaning until some carpet replacement is done.

They were good and efficient. I like the fact they don't use chemicals.

Cleaning method is very unique and worked very well - all spots in carpet were removed along with areas with cat urine. The white sofa and dining chairs looked new after cleaning. Very prompt and very polite. Price was reasonable compared with other companies.

Chuck and Ty arrived at the scheduled time. They were professional and friendly. They did a very thorough cleaning job, arguably the best carpet cleaning we have had in 10 years (and we have used other local services in the past). We have pets so this was not an easy job. The pricing is higher relative to other cleaners, but given the amount of time and effort they put in, it was well worth it.
