I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was very good; they did a good job. I had to pay a $14 gas charge additional to the Big Deal price. We set the appointment for a couple of days after I purchased the deal. They did a really good job and were very professional and highly recommended. After the carpet dried there were a couple of spots that did not get thoroughly cleaned so we called them back. They apologized and very quickly came right back out at a time that was convenient for us and cleaned it at no extra charge. They did an excellent job. The fellow who came out, Gustavo, was excellent and was a very good guy. On a scale of one to ten they were a ten. They call about a half-hour ahead of the appointment when they are on their way to warn us and make sure that we are expecting them. That was nice.

It turned out fine. They were great. I had to pay $14 for some set up fee. The guy who came was absolutely great. He really did a good job. He was very nice. He was very thorough. He was punctual and very professional. I would use them again in the future.

They never showed up and never called. I cancelled a bunch of appointments so I could be here for them.

My dog was sprayed by a skunk late the night before & came in and rolled on the area rug in the family room. Then we brought her upstairs - on the carpet to bathe her. After her bath she rolled on the carpet in our master bedroom & got some of the smell on that too. We called Zerorez in the morning and they were able to come out that afternoon to clean our carpets. Our carpets were only 8 months old - so not very dirty. The people that came out took there time and were professional. The carpets smelled good when they left, but the smell did come back (which I'm told by friends that have gone through the skunk thing is normal).

They were great. They were really willing to work with us on some things. We needed to get some stains out. They charged us a really, really reasonable fee. They showed up on time.

It went just okay. It was expensive for what I got.

The service provided was excellent. The best carpet cleaning I've ever had using non-toxic chemicals. It was approximately the same price as the regular service but having it be natural is a bonus. I have two kids and five pets and our living room is heavily used with a lot of stains. The Zerorez removed all the stains possible and the one that no other stain remover or professional company could get out, Zerorez lightened it so it wasn't as noticeable. The employee was extremely professional, on time and showed me the process to demonstrate how it works. I wished I would have used him for upholstery cleaning and will next time!

As I stated above, this company is very professional, and they do an excellent job. They can give you an estimate over the phone if you give them approximately what you want to have cleaned. They are fair, and honest.

We have had ZeroRez cleaning once before and liked it. Definitely more expensive but it does a nice job and seems to last longer. They came on time and did the work professionally and as promised. They got out one nasty stain. We will use them again.

The cleaners were very professional and did a very good job. They took special care of spots of the carpet that needed special attention.

They called to say they were a little ahead of schedule, and arrived before 2 pm. The carpets were very dirty especially in traffic areas and Troy and Joe gave those areas extra attention. They worked quickly and efficiently and were finished in about an hour and a quarter. The carpets looked very good even though they are quite old. Most of the areas were dry by evening and all were dry the next morning. I used the Angie's List's coupon for 15% off for first time users of Zerorez. I will use Zerorez again.

It was very expensive. We thought they were wonderful and really did a great job, but it was pricey. They don’t use any chemicals. They were very personable, and everything was really nice. They quote us one price and then they get here and say that they can do Scotchgard. Then we had them do some extra runners which were $30 a piece. The Scotchgard added quite a bit actually. But we have a fairly large house. My husband has asthma; that's why we went with Zerorez. I thought how they can get it clean without any soap, but they did a great job. There were no problems with regard to the quality. With regard to responsiveness, they were incredible. We were very impressed. We would do it again and call them back. We will see if we can get a discount, but even without it we will still do it again.

The service was really good. The carpet cleaning really works because they got the stains out.

I booked the appointment online and received a confirmation email. Booking online was very easy and I could select the day I wanted by seeing their openings. I later called to re-schedule (which was also easy) and at that time the Zerorez representative asked a few questions to determine the job. The Zerorez cleaners- Toby and Ed- gave me a heads-up call that they were on their way over and they arrived on time. Both gentlemen were very professional and took a lot of care to ensure they did not disrupt the rest of my home. They even used corner wall protectors so that the electrical cords from their equipment would not mark my walls. My bedroom furniture is very heavy and I did not want to move it, so they cleaned around the furniture and did not mark or nick it. Toby told me up front how much my extra my area rugs would cost, and the price was well worth it. After the cleaning, I did not smell anything (no odors, no chemical smell) and the floors were not sticky. In summary, I had a great experience.

They are good and have good prices and fantastic service.

Their work was nice. I would use them again in the future.

It is $184 to clean the carpet and $60 to shear it. I think they are a little expensive.
