Description of Work: They cleaned half the house with pet issues and Scotch Guard. They were very diligent and explained what they were doing and needed to do. Through a quirk of circumstance my wife had purchased a deal with another carpet cleaner and we ended up having the two back to back over two days and Zero Rez own hands down!

Description of Work: As well as the deal that I purchased I had them clean two love seats that hadn't been cleaned in years. They did a great job.

Description of Work: Their technician arrived and explained that he cannot do the job. He says that the machine their company uses is based out of the truck, requiring close proximity of the truck to the home in order for the hoses to be able to reach into the home and throughout the home. NONE of this information was ever disclosed to me at any time (during booking, when speaking with them live, when discussing arrangements - nothing). In fact, the only thing that I was told was that in addition to my AL coupon I needed to pay an additional $14 for a travel fee (I live in San Francisco). The technician said that even if he could've found a parking spot directly in front of my home, he would not be able to reach into the home (it is only the second level of a two level Victorian)! Needless to say, this is San Francisco and there were no open parking spots directly in front of the house. However, I was able to get my next-door neighbor to allow us to use their driveway (literally, directly next to my house), and even when pulled in there, the tech said he would not be able to do it (I took pictures of the van parked in the adjacent driveway). I have to say, this was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. I took off half a day of work to make this happen (and I'm a physician). I took care to speak with an agent in person to make these arrangements and was told NOTHING about these limitations or needs! Doing this every day, you would think this is information this carpet cleaning company would tell a customer or ask about to make sure the job could be done!! It is a big deal to have to be able to reach from INSIDE the van throughout a person's home for carpet cleaning! The agent should TELL customers calling to book carpet cleaning that they do not use steam cleaners or all-in-one machines, but that they need to be able to power the hose from their VAN. That's a huge piece of information, especially when booking a client in the city.

Description of Work: They cleaned three rooms for 149.00 which is great deal but now they have lowered it to 129.00!! I have a small condo which is 900 sq feet! They always were here on time and professional! The only problem with carpet cleaning is that it seems like the same spots come back a month or two after they leave??? So I wonder if it really gets cleaned!This last month I have replaced all the carpet in my condo and love it!! I used Home Depot!
