+ -1 moreTHE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY NICE AND TOOK OUR ORDER. THE MEASUREMENT PERSON WAS PROMPT AND THE ORDER WAS PLACED. WE WERE TOLD 6-8 WEEKS; HOWEVER IT TOOK 12-18 WEEKS BEFORE THE WINDOWS WERE INSTALLED. ONCE INSTALLED, THERE WAS DEFECTS AND IT TOOK 6-8 MONTHS TO FINALIZE THE WINDOW INSTALLATION. WE WERE NOT IMPRESSED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Description of Work: WE HAD REPLACEMENT WINDOWS FOR THE ENTIRE HOUSE INSTALLED BY THIS COMPANY. A REPRESENTATIVE CAME OUT AND TOOK MEASUREMENTS THEN ORDERED THE PRODUCT AND FINALLY INSTALLED THE ENERGY EFFICIENT WINDOWS.

+ -1 moreMOST EVERYONE IS VERY NICE, HOWEVER COMMUNICATION WAS A HUGE PROBLEM. LOCKS ARE OF POOR QUALITY AND REQUIRE FREQUENT REPAIR. WE LIKE OUR VINYL DOORS, BUT NOT THE HASSLE OF DEALING WITH TRYING TO GET ISSUES RESOLVED WITH THE COMPANY.

+ 0 moreTHEY WERE NOT HONEST ABOUT THEIR WORK. I FOUND DEFECTS IN THEIR PRODUCTS AND THEY REFUSED TO FIX THEIR MISTAKES. I WOULD NEVER HIRE THEM FOR ANOTHER JOB OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
