I had a power outage in half my house. I called Rory on Thursday and the following Saturday was the best day for both of us so we made an appointment. Rory arrived as scheduled and quickly evaluated the affected rooms and then tested the service panel. The panel was OK so he proceeded to search for a wiring problem. He found a bad outlet (the outlet itself was live but was not feeding power downstream). He replaced the outlet, which fixed the problem. Rory is friendly and knowledgeable, makes efficient use of his time, and charges a fair price for his services. I will definitely call him for future electrical work and recommend him.

Rory checked the system and had me call SDG&E who came out and fixed the problem which was on their end. He is knowledgeable and his pricing is very fair. I will definitely call on him in the future.

The whole process was timely, very nice work and I'm very happy with it.
