We usually have very tight scheduling as you experienced with your first bathroom. The downside of that tight scheduling is that it can sometimes make it difficult to get back on schedule when a PM leaves with no action plan for us on how to recover. When that happened we needed to relearn your whole project with a new PM, reach out to all the subs that were off schedule and figure our any of the materials that were not on site.
