The project went great! Everything was on budget and the timeline was maintained. Very happy with the new kitchen! Our project manager Nick was always available to chat and willing to answer questions.

I chose Remodel Works specifically because of their reputation for extraordinary customer service, and their attitude and work on my kitchen, bath and flooring were superb. My 1951 kitchen presented a number of design challenges such as too many openings to other rooms that limited storage space and a sink that faced a dark interior wall. My designer, Steve, came up with creative solutions that gave me the ample storage I needed and a look that pleased me---all the while keeping within my budget. He went way beyond the call of duty in making sure I was happy with the details of the project and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. The project manager, Lance, likewise was very responsive and did a wonderful job of managing all the sub-projects of the remodel so that everything came in on schedule and all the details were "right". The techs working on the project were true craftsmen who cared about their work and the end result is a testament to their care. In terms of the budget, I always knew exactly where I was and there were never any unpleasant surprises. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about Remodel Works and recommend them highly with no reservations.

They're certainly not the cheapest out there, but you get real value for the money. They planned and executed the job very efficiently, and guests have remarked about how good the bathroom looks, particularly the tiled walk-in shower. Special praise for technician Brett Maguire, who was prompt, polite, professional, and very effective.

Couldn't be happier with Remodel Works. My design consultant Aleigh was helpful in directing me on my choice of products and the outcome is beautiful. Was so lucky to have Nick as my project manager and I credit him with much of the success of my project. He's an excellent problem solver and pleasure to work with. His standards are exacting and he kept me informed every step of the way. Every sub-contractor on my job showed care in every detail and I was comfortable having them in my home. The result was a project on time and within budget. I am delighted with the finished project and the detailing is amazing. I definitely would hire Remodel Works again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Remodel Works did an amazing job with our kitchen remodel! Our designer, Steve, made some great improvements with the layout of the kitchen. He really listened to what we wanted and came up with a beautiful kitchen we love! Nick was our project manager and did a wonderful job organizing the project. I had interviewed many contractors and construction companies, but they were either too expensive or sketchy. After having her bathroom remodeled, a friend recommended Remodel Works. I dropped into their showroom to check it out. I was greeted by a very enthusiastic designer, John Deluca, who gave me an orientation on the products, process and possibilities that would fit within my budget. I decided to go with Remodel Works because they were a long-time family-owned business; the design fit my budget; and I wanted peace of mind. The process was relatively painless. John Deluca came to the house to take initial measurements and then proceeded to computer generate a design. Once we agreed on the design, cabinets, fixtures, etc. and I signed on the dotted line, the project was then handed over to the project manager, Lance Hawkins. Lance came to the house and re-measured the kitchen; confirmed the design; and walked me through the process and timeline. Once the project started, the workers followed the calendar religiously and even finished earlier than expected. All the employees were very professional and cleaned up after themselves every day. The Danish guy who installed the cabinets was friendly and fast. Paul who installed the tile and appliances was meticulous and very detailed. Best of all, was Lance who was responsive to all my calls, emails and texts. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Now I have a beautiful and functional kitchen that comes with a warranty and I have recommended Remodel Works to my friends.

The team at remodel works had the difficult task of remodeling our kitchen. Being that the house is three stories and almost 80 years old, it was definitely not a cookie cutter remodel. We met with Ryan Christiansen and Alleigh Simpson many times defore the plans were to my satisfaction. We were given all the time We felt we needed and all changes requested were incorporated without complaint. Since I am a professionally trained chef, I had many special requests, all of which ended up in the final product. I was specially impressed with the exceptional leadership and dedication of the job manager Nick Dohrmann. There was nothing he forgot or overlooked and with his professional manner managed his people to work as a efficient team. No special request was denied and if not possible was explained to me in "my language" being the anxious homeowner. The cabinet installer Kim Scanco not only pulled off the almost impossible task of installing all cabinets without nicks, bumps or dents, but did so efficiently, professionally and with a bright attitude. Lastly, Chris Garcia, deserves a shout out for his unending efforts to make sure everything in my kitchen was installed, mounted, hooked up and attached as designed. He spent the time needed and very much effort on being exact, since this was one of our pet peeves from the beginning. We wanted exact work, to the millimeter from start to finish and that is exactly what we received. We are now owners of a new, beautiful, solid, practical and perfect kitchen. We are happy customers and will come back for the next "impossible" project which Remodel Works (Nick Dohrman, Chris Garcia, Scanco) surely will make possible for us. Thank you all.

Great! We recently finished a fairly large remodel of the kitchen in our home. When we began looking at design possibilities, options and contractors, Remodel Works was recommended by a neighbor of ours. Once we had made the decision to proceed, we chose Remodel Works as our contractor. This proved to be a great choice. Aleigh came out to our home to look at the space, take measurements and discuss our ideas. We then met at the office to look at some renderings of what the finished job might look like. We were very happy with what we saw and signed the contract at that visit. Once the design was detailed, we met Ryan and Aleigh at the office/showroom to review what they had come up with. It was obvious that they had listened to what we wanted, as we only requested a minor change. Then on to choosing cabinets, countertops, fixtures, tile and all the other things that would make this kitchen complete. Aleigh was very helpful to make this selection process much easier than we thought. The showroom really proved to be a great help as it allowed us to visualize what the finished product would look like. A schedule was put together, that showed what tasks would take place and who would be working in the house on every day. We were impressed by this, but even more impressed by the adherence to the schedule. There was no unexplained delays or other problems getting this project complete and having the detailed schedule made working with Remodel Works a breeze. We cannot say enough good things about the onsite team that made this happen. Our Project Manager Nick Dohrmann, was very friendly, experienced and professional. He visited the job frequently and was always available to us. The way that he managed the project made us very comfortable that we had indeed made the right choice choosing Remodel Works for this job. Also, Chris Garcia, Chris DeSilva, Michael Girmaud, Danial, Jose Ortega, and Marcos, were all very professional and skilled craftsmen. At the beginning of the job, materials were used to protect flooring and surrounding areas, and plastic sheeting was used to minimize dust in the rest of the house. Each day, the techs that were scheduled, arrived on time and the work that was scheduled to be completed was. At the end of each day, time was allotted to cleanup and we were told what time to expect them in the morning. All very professional. Also, these guys are just nice guys to be around! In the end, a final walk with Nick was completed to make sure that everything met not only our expectations, but also the quality standards of Remodel Works. Also, Aleigh came to the house to view the finished kitchen. Our experience with Remodel Works turned out to be very positive, from the very first day we met, until completion. The entire Remodel Works staff is very courteous, professional and skilled. They show that they care about customer satisfaction with every step of the remodeling process. We could not be any happier with our new kitchen. We highly recommend working with Remodel Works, and if we have future projects, Remodel Works will definitely be asked to come back to our house.

We were extremely impressed with Remodel Works professionalism and craftsmanship. From our first meeting with Mary who designed the bathroom and John who designed the kitchen to the final inspection they were amazing. We had them remodel our kitchen and one of our bathrooms simultaneously and in December when they gave us the schedule they kept to it to the letter as far as what was to be done each day and who was to be there to do it. They told us exactly what they were going to do and itemized everything that went into the project and the cost. They paid attention to every detail and finished the project a day before the projected finish date. Lance, the project manager, would come by often to check on the progress and make the final inspection when the job was completed. And Brett, who was here most days doing all the labor along with help from Mike, and Paul, who installed all the appliances did a fantastic job. We cannot speak highly enough of all the team and we recommend them highly. We have 2 more bathrooms to remodel and we will definitely use Remodel Works again!

Everything went pretty much according to the timeline/schedule that Royce discussed with me prior to the project start. We had a hiccup with my flooring contractor ( different company) removing the old ceramic tile and re-installing the new hardwood floor on Remodel Works timeline but Royce accommodated the scheduling issue, overcame the difficulty and still completed the job on time. I highly recommend Remodel works and John Deluca for any kitchen or bath project. John worked hard to accommodate the budget we had to give us the best bang for the buck as we paid directly for the granite counter tops, kitchen sink, toilet, faucet and appliances that Remodel Works installed. We love our new kitchen and bathroom.

Well. The service person arrived on time, as scheduled, was knowledgeable, and had good input/feedback that resulted in no charge for us.

Although it was a rather small job overall, what is of note is that we have had them back a 3rd time. Their work has been of such high quality and the process so seamless that we truly feel that in each case we have received a great return on our investment. We have been truly fortunate in each instance to have had Mary Jennings as our design consultant and Lance Hawkins as the project manager. Their attention to detail and to the needs of the customer cannot be overstated. Our experience was such that we have kiddingly said that we may have to sell our home and buy a new one that needs updating, just to have them back.

It turned out we made the right decision. The project manager provided us with a detailed daily schedule of who would be out on what day and what they would be doing. Their workers are skilled artisans that transformed our bathrooms into a work of art that we can now be proud of. Of course with any job there are unexpected issues that come up, but the project manager was always accessible and saw to it that the corrections were quickly and properly addressed. Our next project, to remodel the kitchen and downstairs. Remodel Works will definitely be on our list of bids.

We were recommended to Remodel Works by a friend so I had seen their quality work. I was impressed by the Remodel Works team. They use their own employees and not outside contractors who in my experience frequently do not show up when they are scheduled leading to delays. My kitchen remodel was scheduled for five weeks and that is exactly when it finished. I got a daily schedule at the start of the job and they stuck to it. All of their workers were experienced craftsman who did quality work. They were polite and very knowledgeable. Lance, my job foreman was continually communicating with me and checking on the progress. He was great! Drew, Angel and Paul all did a top notch job and I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely use Remodel Works again.

Remodel Works is a very professional group. The entire experience from designs, thought project management, construction,, cleanup and completion was excellent. Costs and time schedules were consistently met. Communication was excellent. Everyone we were involved with from Remodel Works was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We were very pleased with the end results and will definitely use this team again in the future.

They were late getting started and they did not come with all the parts so the job just lingered on. The work completed was good.

I just finished a kitchen remodel by Remodel Works. I could not be happier with the results, nor more impressed with the process! It started with the designer, Jen. She was fabulous to work with, she listened to my ideas and added her considerable expertise to make the design perfect. After the design process, the job was assigned to a project manager who double-checked everything about the design from the installation perspective. Royce Ramswick was the manager on my job. He is very detail-oriented, which I appreciate! From that meeting, he scheduled all of the crews that would be necessary to complete the job. At the onset of the job, I received a schedule listing what would be accomplished daily and the name of the person(s) who would be at the house that day. They stayed completely on schedule and the workmanship and demeanor of the work crews was exemplary.

Pretty smooth. There was a little issue with the countertop company installing the wrong countertop but luckily remodel works helped us to get it resolved. Our PM was awesome (Nick). He took over our project to n the middle of it all and he didn't miss a beat. He was quick to get back to us and we felt he always made sure things were going smooth. He went out to his way to help when needed. I am so happy with the final product!!

From the designer, Eric, project manager, Nick and the whole crew everything went as planned. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. They kept to their timetable, cleaned up everyday, used quality products and the techs took pride in their work.

One thing that sold us on Remodel Works was that they gave us a day-by-day schedule including the names of who was supposed to be working on our project that day. The workers were punctual, courteous and extremely professional, including explaining to us what they would be doing and asking for our feedback. The project was completed in 6 weeks -- exactly as they had told us. We were extremely pleased with the entire project.

Mary Jennings was the designer on both projects. Her demeanor and expertise are exemplary. Patrick Luich and Seth Woolsey were the project managers. They did a spectacular job of keeping everyone informed and on time. All the technicians were high quality and friendly. Whenever, a problem arose, the Remodel Works team solved it quickly and professionally so the projects ended on time, at the price quoted and according to design. Plus their clean up policy left all areas cleaner than before they arrived. I couldn’t be happier.

We met with Mary Jennings in late 2015, to describe the problems we wanted to solve in our kitchen, and the goals we wanted to achieve. Mary worked with us over several meetings, including on-site visits, to come up with a creative solution to some difficult problems. She was very accommodating of our work schedules, meeting us on evenings and weekends when necessary. She was able to show us computer-generated previews of her proposals, which made it easy to understand what she was suggesting. We were easily able to make adjustments, and she figured out ways to incorporate our ideas, which Remodel Works accommodated without fail. There were a couple of small tasks (painting and flooring) that Remodel Works didn't provide, but they recommended providers who turned out very well. Nick Kayser was our project manager. He gave us a schedule for work and payment, and it was followed like clockwork. Both Remodel Works direct workers and the subcontractors' workers did excellent work, with attention to detail. This was a big project that came in on time and on budget, with an excellent result.

I have done a few small renovations/updates in previous homes, and one major bathroom remodel, so I have worked with other remodeling or construction companies. I have to say by far, Remodel Works is the best company with whom I've worked. I had moved to a small, 1937 Art Deco house, and wanted to remodel the kitchen top to bottom. This required opening up one rounded/curved kitchen wall so I could see the view from the kitchen, totally gutting the kitchen, and installing everything new. Ryan Christianson was the designer who came out to the house and managed to work my ideas into solid plans for the remodel. Then, the team that came out to do the work was fantastic. I was given an estimated amount of time for the job to be done, and given a detailed day by day schedule of what would occur each day and exactly who would be at the house. They followed the schedule exactly, finished on time, and did a fabulous job. They had to deal with opening up the rounded/curved plaster wall, which was a load-bearing wall, install a support beam above the rounded molded ceiling curve, match drywall to the plaster, etc. You cannot tell that this wall was not always curved and open after they finished -- it was a challenge and they handled it perfectly. The kitchen turned out beautifully. I knew what color granite I wanted, and what I wanted in terms of new appliances, but Ryan and his assistant Aleigh were able to give great advice on cabinets that would fit with the colors and style in the house, as well as the tile for the floors that would look good with the granite I had selected, and the back splash that would look well with the granite and floor tile. I am in love with the gray granite sink they helped me select at their showroom, as well as the kitchen faucet and the hardware on my cabinets. Every detail in the kitchen fits together and looks great. I've had so many compliments from friends and family. More importantly, I have two friends/family in construction work who visited from out of town recently, and both were very impressed with the work that had been done. All around, a great experience and I know I will be extremely satisfied with this kitchen for many many years to come. I have a guest bath that needs remodeling, and when I'm finished with some other projects, I will definitely be calling Remodel Works again, and they will be the only company I call to get an estimate and do the work. This company is very dedicated to their work and producing an excellent work product; I can't say enough good things about them.

My wife and I met Jen from Remodel Works at the Del Mar Home show in early March along with other remodeling companies. We spoke at length with her about Remodel Works and I filled out their contact card and asked for a follow up call on March 15th since that was the date we'd know more about our finances that would be available. Of the 4 contractors we spoke to and gave our info to, Remodel Works was the only one who didn't call us back. I called them a few days later and spoke again with Jen who said she'd be at our house on March 23rd at 6:30 pm to take a look at our kitchen and get the estimate process started. My wife left work early so she could be here as well. At 6:00 I received a text from Jen saying that she "fell" and hurt her ankle and that a co-worker was taking her to urgent care but she'd call on Friday the 25th to reschedule. To nobody's surprise, she never called back. Amazingly though I'm still getting email offers from them for a free quote.
