It could have not been done better. The company was unknown to me but I took a chance.

These guys were impressive! We had a move set up and needed to be out by that day, but my realtor had issues and we didn’t get the keys when we were supposed to but still had to be out, I didn’t know what to do and Josh at the office calmly explained this happens and offered to bring my stuff to storage so that I could get out that day, then a few days later when we got the keys they brought everything over & set it all up perfectly. Not only was that such a big help, but the crews were actually really nice and efficient! Highly recommend!

They were great! Clean, efficient move. The crew was very professional and they actually showed up at the time they said, not a window, on time! I was impressed from the start and the guy at the office Josh was very kind in answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Great. They were on time, clearly knew what they were doing, all the guys made my wife, kids and I feel comfortable and nothing damaged. We were dreading moving day but before we knew it the house was empty and we couldn’t believe how quick they made that look. Hope not to move again, but would definitely hire again.

This moving company Reliable Delivery is by far the best I have used in the past 12 moves all local in San Diego. Their professional, efficiency and ability to perform such a high end move with absolutely no issues is very impressive. Good work Reliable team. I had to move my mother up to Reno to be closer to me, so to say I was stressed was an understatement. I called and Josh picked up the phone right away, and instantly easier my worries. He explained how well they pack, pad wrap, protect the property, and are experienced. (He was telling no lies) He scheduled an in home, and the owner named Daniel showed up. After speaking with him for two minutes, I knew in my head I was going to work with him. We ended talking about our families, building greenhouses for our wives, and our kids for a while. My mother has spent more money than any normal person should on the most random and delicate antique furniture. EVERYTHING WAS DELIVERED JUST AS IT WAS IN HER HOUSE!! I was blown away. All over her delequate artifact nonsense items that Reliable Delivery packed made it safe. I never would have thought in a million years my mother would trust anyone with her stuff, she did, and she couldn't be happier. Seeing your mom go through one of the most stressful moments of her life, and end up happy can't be repaid. They showed up 15 minutes early, were clean cut, and had great attitudes. They got to work immediately like they have done this thousands of times. I asked them what pieces they were worried about, or any apprehentions they had, they laughed and said "nothing". Collin was the second foreman under Daniel, and was great. We were talking about our newborns, and football while he worked his a** off. If you want to trust a company with everything you have worked your entire life to accumulate, HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Reliable delivery. Wow. What an amazing team. I’ll be honest, moving is really stressful; yet, on moving day, I was able to brew coffee as the crew took care of everything. I was in charge of ONLY the walkthrough. The elevator and walk did not slow them down nor did they add “extra hours and fees” for the inconvenience. If I could go back in time, I would go back to the day they showed up as I’ve never felt more relaxed. Thank you Reliable! See you on my next move!

THIEVES! If you value your belongings, Reliable Delivery is NOT Reliable! Colin and Jesse were my movers in March 2020. I chose Reliable Delivery because of their great reviews, accolades and of course their name. Colin was very firm with me saying that nothing would be loaded onto the truck that wasn't secured. His attitude was not what you'd expect from a company with awards for customer service. Jesse's attitude was much more professional. My Bose Bluetooth speaker wasn't secured in it's original box and was moved while I went to get more tape to secure it. Jesse was in the room with me. Colin was emptying the garage and moving boxes I had stacked near the doorway of the condo to help move things quickly. No one knew where the Bose speaker was or saw it. The box that it was in was placed at my new address empty on a shelf in the garage. I texted Colin and reported the missing speaker. I had a brand new replacement queen size mattress protector in the origin garage, in the box it was shipped in, also not secured and Colin was told not to load it. He was also told not to load a huge box of wardrobes that I purchased from Amazon. When I questioned where the box was, he disrespected me by raising his voice, asking me if I wanted him to unload. I am a single Black woman who hired this company to move me and/or store my belongings. I'm sure if I were a man, he wouldn't have spoken to me in that manner. Long story which I will tell to whomever asks. To be brief, my Bose Bluetooth speaker and the mattress protector were STOLEN and my Total Gym, Fluidity Ballet Barre and a lighted makeup mirror were damaged. I received a check for $45 for my speaker, mattress protector and mirror. Nothing for my exercise equipment. I was told by Josh, the manager, who also has a customer service problem, that they don't hire people that steal! Telling me that my speaker will show up when I've gone through all my boxes. It did not. He also told me that their reputation was very important to them. I guess importance doesn't have value to this company.

Collin and Alan did a great job, fitting more stuff into a small POD that I thought was possible. Super helpful, careful and did a great job.

Reliable Delivery was recommended to us from friends who had hired them to salvage a bad move from another company, when they moved from San Diego to Arizona. And we're so glad they did! We were also making the same move with a fairly large household. The entire team - Dan, Juan, George, and Collin, and the in-house team, all exceeded our expectations. We got expert packing advice from Dan, which we took, and they even helped us find ways to save money by doing some things ourselves. They were always on time, extremely professional and friendly, and did an outstanding job with packing, unloading and then reassembling our furniture. Not a single item was broken or damaged and they went out of their way to ensure that we got everything setup right where we wanted it - even after we changed our minds. My wife and I can wholeheartedly recommend this firm for any of your moving needs. Thank you Reliable Delivery!

Okay but truck broke down and delayed move.

The men were very professional and efficient. However the information about costs was inaccurate. I was told it was a one time $50 gas fee since a truck and drive time weren't applicable (as I was only moving up one floor in my complex). I was then told it was $90 an hour. These men completed an hour and 45 minutes worth of work and my bill came out to over $500. Turns out they charged me for their commute time as hourly work time. Had I known that this was the case I would have hired someone closer to home. I believe over $500 (plus tip) is way too high to pay for a move that took 1 hour and 45 minutes and was simply a move up one floor in the same complex (elevator, not stairs). I feel I was not given an accurate cost estimate and would not hire this company again. I emailed the manager expressing my concerns and did not hear back from him.

beyond fantastic not a single hitch

Once again the legends at Reliable Delivery have exceed our expectations! This was the third move we have done with Dan and his crew and they just keep getting better if thats even possible. This was the biggest of our moves and most complicated as we had items going to storage, items being prepared for shipping to the east coast and then a large ranch home worth of items being moved into a smaller 3 level house with much more of a difficult entrance. The guys came prepared and had everything wrapped and protected in no time and trucks well packed and over the two days we had them booked for they had it all done within a day and a half. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough for any type of move or even to store you belongings with. 10/10 once again! Cheers

Several weeks ago I set up a move with Reliable Delivery. Josh was very helpful with scheduling and accommodated some changes I needed to make to the original schedule. Thomas and Kevin were amazing with the actual move, they were on time and very quick and efficient. I would definitely use them again for my next move.

Josh and his office team worked with us to get a quote, schedule (including some changes) and keep us informed. On the day of, people called ahead of time and showed up when they said. Kevin and Thomas showed up to pack and were pleasant and professional, getting the job done quickly and efficiently. Gary, Colin and Ernesto moved us and got us to the new place on schedule. The teams handled our home with care . Would not hesitate to recommend or call them again.

Dan, Victor, and Nick were a godsend! These guys are professional movers that come prepared. Every step of the way from speaking to the Project Manager (Josh) to the actual movers on the day of were professional, friendly and very helpful. My wife and I moved into the third floor of a three story apartment building on July 19. We previously hired Two Men and a Truck for our move from Mission Valley to Bay Ho, but those movers were unable to complete our move - they said our couch wouldn't fit and offered to haul it away for $50 to the junkyard or they could leave it outside. I called Reliable Delivery and spoke with Josh while Two Men and A Truck was still moving boxes into my new apartment. Josh said he was very confident that they would be able to get the couches into the apartment so I had the other movers leave the couch outside. Ten days later, on moving day part two, the Reliable Delivery moving team called me 30 minutes prior to arriving and arrived even earlier than anticipated, which I appreciated. I showed them the space and where the couches were. In about 45 minutes both sets of the sectional couches were in my apartment. 45 minutes! Two Men and a Truck failed to even attempt to move it up the first set of stairs. The experience I had with Reliable Delivery was leaps and bounds better than any other delivery service I have ever used. We will definitely be using their services for any upcoming moves we make - and we're definitely going to be recommending this team to our friends, family and colleagues. Thank you again Dan, Victor, Nick and Josh for making our home feel complete!!!!

Great! Gary, Kevin, Kenny, Thomas and Collin were right on time, were personable and worked nonstop all day moving my furniture and packed goods. They were very careful. They took the time to wrap and protect items and my floors and walls and they got it done quickly. I definitely recommend them.

In October 2018 we hired Reliable Delivery to move from our home to their storage facility and then in December 2018 move our belongings from storage into our new home. The crew was accommodating in that they moved outdoor plants which they don’t usually do; however, that was the only positive experience we had with the company. For starters, they came in a total of $3,421 over their estimates….$1,830 over on the initial move; $1,591 from their storage facility to our new home. Their excuse for the overage was feeble, especially for the second move. The final move into our new home was disappointing to say the least: • They lost belongings of ours while in storage and offered very little as compensation. • They were sloppy with their delivery leaving dirty finger/hand prints on doors. • We had to follow them around to make sure they picked up packing materials left on the floors/ground. • The foreman on duty for the second day of the final move was very lax in making sure the crew put all items, especially lamps, back together they way that they originally found and packed them. Overall, Reliable Delivery, was far from ‘reliable’ and based upon our unpleasant experience, we would never use them again or recommend them.

We needed to move about half of our household goods across town to a rental for several months. Reliable Delivery is not the cheapest but we will hire them again to move back into our house once remodels are done. They were responsive to our needs (dates, times, packing materials, etc.), spot-on punctual, and took exceptional care in handling our stuff. Each piece of furniture was wrapped in moving blankets and secured like it was going across the country, not just a few miles. Delivery was same day and they took great care to avoid any damage to stuff or the house we moved into. They set up everything where we needed it and even moved a couple of couches that were already in the rental house. The crew of three were hardworking, quick and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. It was amazing to watch them work.

What a fantastic group of men. They moved and wrapped some very expensive furniture and household items. The workmanship was excellent. They took extra care of my property. They were efficient, on time and they were pleasant to work with. My move involved two separate moves in two different months each move requiring two moving vans. They did such a great job that with my second move going to the same new home I requested the same group of men. All my belongings were delivered in perfect condition. THANK YOU RELIABLE for a pleasant relocation. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

This company was awesome. The crew was led by Gary. He and his crew were incredible from the very moment they arrived. They were extremely conscientious, careful, polite and courteous. They worked full force from the moment they arrived. They were more than willing to place furniture just as I wanted. If you want a company that is extremely professional and very careful with your things, this is the company. The price was fair for what they provided and they were worth every penny. I will definitely use them again if I need to move again!

We moved from our 4 bed townhouse to a 3 bed house. They sent two trucks and five guys who were the nicest and most considerate. They FLEW but they were super careful at the same time. They even moved our upright piano. These guys are consummate pros. You shouldn't hesitate in hiring them.
