+ -1 moreRay's is a small plumbing shop that offers very personal service. Gary gave me the lowest bid for the job- some bigger firms wouldn't even give me a ballpark figure on replacing the disposal. A couple of other firms tried to get me to buy a bigger and more expensive disposal, despite the fact that I told them I was single and only cooked occasionally. He was very professional, very adept in fixing both problems quickly, cleaned up the areas nicely and was very friendly. I even got a thank you card a few days later. This man really cares about his reputation.
Description of Work: Replaced my garbage disposal and fixed a leak in bathtub faucet.

+ -1 moreIt all turned out well. and quot;Rayand quot; is a nice guy and I would call him again if I had just some plumbing to do.
Description of Work: Had a leak in my water service inlet from the meter to the house. "Ray" said I should go to Home Depot and hire a guy out front to do the digging and then call him back when we had all the digging done and he would come back and fix the leak. I had lined up other people for estimates so I hired one of them who was willing to do the digging.

+ -1 moreGary shows up when promised and gets right to work. He is an exceptionally hard worker and does not take any short cuts to get the job done right. We are very happy with how the re-pipe job was completed.
Description of Work: Hired Gary to come back and finish hooking up the re-piping he ran during our recent re-roof of the house. I opened up the walls where needed and he spent the entire day getting rid of old pipes and hooking up all the fixtures to the new pipes.

+ -1 moreRay's Plumbing was referred to me by my roofing contractor. I needed a plumber to re-pipe my house during the re-roofing process. Gary came right out for the estimate, he was very knowledgeable and had some good ideas of how to make the re-piping work on my flat roof (no attic) home. He was able to fit the work into the roofing contractors schedule and finished the job on time pressure testing his work before the new roof went on. Gary is a great guy to work with and I will have him back to finish the work in the future.
Description of Work: Gary ran over 150' of ¾ copper pipe thru the roof rafters from the garage to two bathrooms and a hose bib at the back of the house. He ran the pipes down inside the walls as far as he could get them for future work of connecting the new pipes to all the fixtures.

+ -1 moreGary, the owner came in , told me what needed to be done, gave me a bid and started the work the next day.we had to re-do the entire bathroom after a leak and a mold remediation tore out everything.Gary pointed out some ways to up grade the bathroom without adding to much additional cost. and worked around the carpentry and the tile setters.every thing went smoothly. a really easy person to work with.
Description of Work: re-piped a bath room.shower,sink and toilet.

+ -1 moreWe still use him and are going to be having him again for some work. He is always on time and never has to come back to fix anything he supposedly fixed. He always cleans up after himself and you don't even know he has been here. His prices are very reasonable. We've used him for five years.
Description of Work: We used Ray's Plumbing to do the plumbing for a bathroom remodel. He also changed out a faucet. The last time he was here he fixed a valve on a toilet and worked on a faucet in our garage.

Description of Work: We first called Gary to fix a main problem in the front yard. He worked hard & put new clean outs in, so the drains could be serviced in the future. Well, we have had him out several times since then for different jobs and always he's done great work.

+ -1 moreAny time there is a plumbing problem I call Ray. He is reliable and never leaves a mess. In fact, he always cleans up after his work. Everything he works on is fixed correctly and I've never had to call him back for the same problem. I can't recall the price of fixing the toilet, but I am certain it was a fair price.
Description of Work: The toilet in my master bathroom was leaking and I called Ray's Plumbing to fix it. He replaced some pipes and it is working perfectly.

Description of Work: I had a faucet in the bathroom with porcelain handles that were both broken. He put two new handles on. Also, the bathtub faucet was leaking, he put new handles on that as well. While he was there he cleaned out the toilet.
