Plumbing Plus

Scott Fanatizzo was our plumber. First he turned off the water going to all the toilets. Then went outside to check the pressure valve to the house. It was not working and the pressure coming through the house was the same (121) as from the city to the house. After installing a new pressure valve outside, he checked all the toilets inside and found that only one needed the inners replaced. Problem solved. Scott was polite, neat and efficient! He called and left a voice message alerting me that he would be early, plus I received an email from the company telling the name of the plumber that would be doing the work along with his picture. Awesome customer service!! Great company!!

Jared is the best plumber I've ever hired. Prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He did a great job and answered all of my questions related to plumbing issues. I will be hiring him again.

It went very well. The drain backed up several months ago. Plumbing plus cleared it then. When it backed up again recently they followed the clearing with a video inspection. The drain had a flaw from the original house construction. Scott analyzed the problem and knew how to fix it. Scott and Jarod efficiently replaced the bad joint with a free flowing elbow. They cut a clean hole in my driveway. Dug down to the pipe and replaced the bad joint. All that shows is a very neat concrete rectangular patch in my driveway. Good job! Pete

Isaiah Mayer was very professional and did an excellent job repairing the toilet plumbing in our master bathroom. He was pleasant to work with, prompt, and very efficient. Only reason cost was high was due to minimum weekend rate. We would definitely ask for Isaiah if we needed a plumber in the future.

I will continue to use them for plumbing needs.

It was over a weekend. They called me back right away and they explained that they would have to charge an extra service charge if they came right out that day. But since we had other toilets in the house we opted to wait until their Monday hours, so we could be saving some money by doing that. I appreciated that tip. They came and did the work with the appointment that we set up.

It was a good experience. At first, the plumber, when he came to assess the situation, he thought it might have been a leak under the foundation and he had a specialized leak detection person on the way and then he realized it was coming from the outside of the other wall, in front of my entrance. So it wasn't underneath. So he called right away the leak detection people and canceled them to save me what might be expensive paying for something that he felt we didn't need. He just took care of it, he had to go outside and go through the stucco which we had to go and get repaired later on. But, he was able to fix the plumbing problem without digging up my foundation. They were punctual, took care of the problem and did not make it worse.

I made an appointment with Plumbing Plus and Nate found the problem in 5 minutes. It wasn't the water pressure. I just needed new hoses, which the washing machine repairman never checked. I'm getting ready to host company, so having a working washing machine is crucial. And, after dealing with this problem for weeks, it was such a relief to finally get a workable solution. Plumbing Plus has always provided us with great, reasonable service.

The plumber arrived only 35 minutes after I called and told them the problem. He finished the work in about an hour. He was friendly and mentioned a few other things he noticed around the house that I should keep my eye on.

Work performed as anticipated. Workers showed up within promised window, where very courteous and friendly. Am pleased I gave Plumbing Plus my business.

"Isaiah embodied the description of the company namely "quality work and exceptional customer service" The service window for the repair was from 2pm to 4pm. Isaiah arrived promptly at 2pm. He explained why he had replaced our old water pressure regulator valve with the Wilkins model 70XLDUC and how we could test the pressure of the water on a yearly basis. All my questions were answered satisfactorily. He was knowledgeable about his work, was courteous and very professional. This is the second time Isaiah has being to our house for plumbing repairs and the service he provided has been consistent and efficient. I would highly recommend Plumbing Plus and Isaiah to anyone and will without hesitation make use of Plumbing Plus and Isaiah's services again.

Nate was thorough and professional. He arrived on time and communicated clearly with me about the possible gas leak. He showed me all the connections that he checked and that all was safe. I am very grateful for the prompt and courteous service!

One of the cylinders from the manufacturer was flawed (discovered after the water had been turned back on), but Nate took the initiative to call the manufacturer (Price-Pfister) who arranged to send a replacement in a few days. Nate also caulked the new face plates, leaving the weep-holes at the bottom, and cleaned up everything afterwards.

Isaiay and his partner did a very efficient job. Would hire again.

They performed the service that was requested. They attached a second earthquake safety strap to my hot water heater. The plumber was courteous and professional. They completed the work in a surprisingly short period of time and the provider knew exactly what he was doing.

Very well. Isaiah showed up promptly. His bid was the lowest of three, and because his afternoon appointment was canceled, he completed the work the very same day.

I was so impressed with this plumbing company. From the office staff to the repairman that did a fantastic job. Mike De Silva should be proud of the service his employees provide. Andy first explained E V E R Y T H I N G to me in simple layman terms. There was NO hyped up selling pressure. He simply answered every question and provided a very detailed analogy of every step in the process. He was able to arrange an appointment of my choosing and the repairman -----> Scott <---- arrived right on the minute as scheduled. Scott accessed the situation with the old heater and was able to keep costs at the estimated price. There was NO padding of the bill. Scott was professional and get this...... The area was cleaner when he left then when he arrived. What a bonus!!!! If you are looking for a Plumbing Company that treats you fairly on product and price, then stop looking now and don't waste your time and anywhere else.....go directly to Plumbing Plus in Poway. It doesn't get any better....

- Exceptionally well! - Isiah, the plumber from Plumbing Plus, came in the morning, during the prescribed hours of 8am to 10am, evaluated our request to install a recirculation pump for our hot water system. - Isiah talked me through his recommendations and the costs associated with each. - He needed to get the parts to complete the job so he looked at his schedule and saw he could support coming back between 12pm to 2 pm after he completed his next job and picked up the components needed. - Isiah returned soon after noon with all he needed and got to work. - Isiah was tremendous at interacting with my two young daughters and even quietly completed his work during their afternoon nap. - Isiah carefully explained and demonstrated to me all the components he installed and how to operate them. - The work was finished by 2pm. - The job could not have been done more professionally or personably. - We will definitely continue to use Plumbing Plus for all future plumbing issues we have! - Great job!

My water heater went out, needed it replaced the same day, called plumbing Plus in the morning, had it fully installed water heater with the old one gone by noon. Robert answered all of my questions and concerns. If I have any other plumbing jobs I will call on them. Robert was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly.

Called Plumbing Plus because I've used them before and trusted them too. Scheduled a Saturday appointment for estimate on the work. Scott arrived during the scheduled time frame and went through the work to be done. Estimate was e-mailed a few days later. The above work was performed about a week later. All the items were installed in about 4 hours. Very happy with the new water heater/tank and even have better water pressure than before. The replacement of the main shut off valve looks great and is copper, so don't have to worry about rust in the future. The toilet was installed and works great. They even hauled away the old toilet which was appreciated. Overall I'm very happy with the work done by Plumbing plus and will most definitely call them for future plumbing issues.

The guy came out, he looked at it, but he didn't seem very knowledgeable. He was congenial, and very polite, but he didn't want to give very much information about fixing it. He said that the faucet was discontinued, and he could go and look into what it would cost to go and buy the parts for it, or would I be interested in buying a completely new faucet. He was very vague and said there are all kinds of faucets out there better than this faucet, and it may range from $100 to $900 and he would try to get me the cost on the discontinued part. He called me later and he told me what the parts would be. The whole thing to replace some angle stops that were underneath the sink that were dripping and the faucet would be $500. We called the handyman and he thought it should be about $150 max. They didn't ask for any service call, and we just asked them to come out, so he came out and put the angle stops, but he didn't have the right hot and cold faucets in that he said he had gotten the parts for. Then he said that we should pay for a service visit, and he said that he didn't have his laptop so he wil just round it off and it will cost $300. I told him I wanted to know what the angle stops would cost as they are the only parts that he replaced, and the other parts were wrong. He said they don't do it that way. I said that I would pay him the minimum service charge which was $59. I said he will have to go back and tell his manager to send me the itemized bill with the itemized parts. He said it was fine, and he was annoying. 3 days later I got an email from the manager, and I couldn't open the document as it didn't seem to be sent right and he said that it would have the items, and he said he would send a hard copy too. He did that as well and then we ended up paying for that too. I thought they were very professional. It didn't start dripping, but we are not having them back out if it starts dripping. They could send out somebody who was more knowledgeable and more customer oriented.
