We are sorry to hear that you felt this project was expensive. I assure you this the going rate for a project such as this; (pulled toilet and brought to front yard to remove shampoo bottle that ws dropped in toilet and re-install toilet with new wax seal and mounting hardware). An experienced plumber can have this work done in about 1hr. Someone with less experience would usually take around 2-3 hours assuming they even have the parts readily available (avoiding a trip to the local hardware store). Sometimes it's natural to associate the bill to the plumbers time on site. We provide flat rate pricing and don't charge for the plumbers speed or lack of speed in completing this project but rather a price based upon industry averages and values of such a project. As we have been doing this for nearly 30 years now, we do feel that the charges are appropriate and fair. We hope you could see the value in having a trusted, licensed, bonded and insured professional to your home. - The Plumbing Plus Team

Description of Work: Replaced leaking toilet angle stop. Allowed me to repaint replacement prior to installation so it would match bathroom fixtures (very cooperative); worked on irrigation valve while it dried. Replaced leaking irrigation valve on front sprinkler after repairs to old one did not fix leak. Used my replacement part that I had on hand (some plumbers would have wanted to sell me their expensive replacement). Follow-up toilet drip, came back promptly w/o charge and fixed problem (cheerfully). i Had purchased "Big Deal" coupon, had no problem redeeming it with company.

It was a great experience!
Description of Work: Our water heater started leaking at 6 AM. I checked on Angie's List for reviews and found a Big Deal for a water heater installation. I called the Plumbing Plus and they were able to send someone out right away. Ray the plumber that came out brought our equipment up to date and performed a great installation. As a Realtor I deal with many trades people and I want to give Ray and Plumbing Plus a 10 in all categories!

Description of Work: Had a leak behind the drywall in the ceiling. I called the afternoon I decdetected the leak, they offered to come out that night. I opted for the next day (I turned off the water at the street) Robert was their a few minunets ahead of the scheduled time, found, and repaired the problem, called the restoration company, they contacted my homeowner insurence and what I thought would be a time consuming mess was resolved with one call to Plumbing Plus.
