Description of Work: Initially, we had scheduled their plumber to come out on Friday morning to look into the kitchen sink; which no longer drained water. Friday morning (approx. 7 AM), their messenging service contacted me to inform me that the plumber will not make it because he called in sick. I agreed to reschedule for Saturday mornining. Friday night, the water continued to rise in the sink we went to our local hardware store got some tools and cleared it ourselves. The following morning, I contacted their messanging service (approx. 7 AM)to inform them that we do not require their services. Unfortunately, their messanging service did not contact the field rep to inform him of the change because he showed up anyway. I turned him away, but felt as though the field rep was rather condescending in his tone as he reiterated that their office didn't open until 8 AM and that who I spoke to was a messaging service.

Description of Work: If you need a Plumber in an emergency, I'd recommend Plumbing Plus. Their service techs are professional and do a good job. My only complaint is their price - which is very high when compared to other Plumbers. If you have the time to shop around - you will find cheaper Plumbers. However, if it's an emergency and you need someone to do the work, call Plumbers Plus

Description of Work: They gave me an estimate on fixing my main water line. Their price was too expensive and I was able to do the work myself.

Description of Work: Everything was fine until it was time to pay. They charged me an extra fifty dollars. The man who was here explained that he had no choice in the matter...company policy. So I called the manager of plumbing plus; he told me about the same thing but agreed to check with the worker who was here and call the owner and then return my call the next day. I heard nothing the next day but the owner called me two days later but he had no information; after hearing my complaint said he would have to call the manager. They thought they had pacified me by giving me this run around. So I gave up the effort to be reimbursed. They thought they had an iron clad reason for overcharging me by saying they were going by the GPS in the truck. But I had been at my kitchen window when he arrived; he sat in his truck without making contact for so long that I went into the computer room and started printing. He finally called me when he came to the front door so as I was going through the living room I noticed the 11:oo news on channel 10 was coming on he was out of here by noon so it could not have been over an hour.I am not generally a suspicious person but I think this is their plan to overcharge you sitting by in the truck and counting it as time spent repairing the plumbing problem. Add to this that the worker said that he had helped it a little bit but I might continue to have problems with it!!!!! It was just a slow drain.

Description of Work: Before they began I asked about another service of which they gave me a quote...which was high. They did not clean up the mess in the shower or bathroom floor when the high force of water blew it out. They were not careful with the spread of sewage and did not disenfect their equipment. They sent the camera through as was promised but did not leave a DVD for proof of their findings or actions taken. I did not ask for the DVD because I forgot because I was cleaning up after them....I shouldn't have to ask for the DVD ..it was part of the deal.

Description of Work: Drain cleaning special for $39.00. Pressure valve was defective and that was replaced while they were here. I have used this company on numerous occasions and they always do an excellent, quality job.

Description of Work: Cut and replaced outside faucet/hose bib. Came on short notice, extremely prepared, competent and professional. Would call them again in a heartbeat!

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for $849.00 For a New Energy Star Water Heater PLUS Installation. They came on short notice. but they were a little pricey.

Description of Work: Removed 75 gal broken water heater and installed new on-demand Navien system. Very professional process from the estimate to the installation. Have been very responsive to teething problems (not their fault) and are totally there for us when called. Highly recommended

Description of Work: They made a mistake by installing a natural gas water heater, should have been a propane water heater. None of us realized this at the time. After a few days it stopped working. They were prompt in replacing the water heater at no extra cost to us. Very professional in fixing the mistake. I would trust them to be this forthright and easy to work with in the future.

Description of Work: I had drain problems in the upstairs master sink and a clogged line in the downstairs bathroom. They cleared both areas quickly and were very professional.

Description of Work: We had a leaky valve in the bathtub. Plumbing plus was able to fix that as well as replace the handles and tub spout. It looks almost like new.
