Description of Work: Water heater flush and plumbing inspection. The first appointment I had with them I got bumped at the last minute, and I had juggled a lot of my schedule to arrange it. That was enough to not use them in the future. Once the guy got there he was professional and pleasant, but wanted to sell me a bunch more services.

Description of Work: We had 2 tankless water heaters replaced. The service person, Garrett, advised us about the quality of the various water heaters and their guarantees, and after we decided to proceed, started the work promptly, and was careful with the work area. He was quite friendly and personable and showed us all details of the work he'd done and told us about maintenance. We read the great reviews about Plumbing Plus and wondered if they could possibly be true. When you have any work done on your house, you just want to be able to trust that the work will be done well and that the company you choose is honest. Both are true here and we'll definitely use Plumbing Plus again.

Description of Work: I chose Plumbing Plus based on Angie's List reviews for a water heater replacement. Nate came out the the same day that I called for an appointment and was very professional, explaining my options and installing a new water heater. He did a great job and although I felt the price was a bit high, even with a 10% Angie's List coupon, I was pleased with the work that was done and will not hesitate to use them again for other plumbing needs.

Description of Work: The service provider advertised a deal for $99 for a drain cleaning that had a picture of a kitchen sink.I called the company to describe my problem to see if that deal would cover my needs. The woman I spoke with said it would and that they'd send someone out right away. The service provider stood in the kitchen and talked with my husband. The gentleman didn't even turn the sink on to evaluate the water flow or the clog. The gentleman went to his car and came back in to give us a highly inflated estimate. I feel that regardless of one's neighborhood or means of living, the service provider should be honest and not provide inflated estimates. I think the company should do the right thing.

Description of Work: Very responsive. Helped mitigate and repair water damage. Referred equally responsive hazmat testing and remediation resources. Would definitely use them again.
