Jerod did a great job dealing with tree root to access the line and did nice job with repair. Plumbing Plus was very responsive and got the job done in timely manner.

Description of Work: They never managed to get an estimate to me after coming out to look at the job. I waited for weeks and was assured several times they were "working on it." It still has not come...

Description of Work: A leak appeared where work was performed over 1 year (outside the warranty). A fix was applied at no cost to me.

Description of Work: Emergency removal of leaking water heater. That was done in a straightforward fashion, for which I paid a very hefty price. But, the plumber was high-pressuring me to install $5000 - $7000 solutions, which consisted of a tankless water heater. It wasn't even subtle. IT IS UNNECESSARY. By the way, the $700 price above does not even include a replacement water heater at all. If I call them back, that will be another fee, plus installation. This is all too much. Your web site must tell future customers this contractor is mostly concerned with pumping up the bill to the customers. He brought in a water removal "specialist" that very evening...that's another inflated bill. So much for Angie's List.

Description of Work: The gentleman needed to stop a leak in the master shower. My husband has fixed this leak twice with no luck. Plumbing Plus pulled the piece out and took it to a plumbing shop to find out that there were two pieces that should have been installed. (the last plumbing shop did not know this) He returned in record time and installed the missing piece together with the first piece. The shower has finally stopped leaking.

Description of Work: We discovered a major leak on a Friday. Randy referred us to Cable, Pipe & Leak Detection to determine the location that day but could not supply plumbing service until the following Monday. When Plumbing Plus' plumber Garret Joyner arrived on Monday he verified the location of the leak under our foundation in the family room. He presented us with three options to bypass the pipe that was leaking with comprehensive details about time, cost, etc. He worked hard to provide us all the info we needed to make a decision. As soon as we did, he immediately started the work. He finished expeditiously. Garret's professionalism and supportive demeanor made a very difficult situation tolerable. We were grateful he was the plumber who came to help us. This company is on our contact list as "plumber". That says it all.
