They were great. Yesterday was Sunday and I appreciated that they came out. We tried to diagnose it over the phone before he spent my money and took his time to come over so that was helpful. He eventually came over because we realized that he would need to come over and diagnose it. He came back exactly when he said he would come over this morning. It's gone very nicely. Yesterday was the preliminary diagnosis isolating where the leak was and today was the repair work. They called it a slab leak, but it was in my wall and would have affected my master bedroom and my kitchen. It was $220.00 for the Sunday visit and $230.00 today for the leak detection and an additional $600.00. The total would be about $1000.00 and that doesn't even cover the repairs and the restoration that's going to need to happen. He fixed the leak today and the water is back on. We can be back in our house. We had worked with their sister company that does remodel work and been happy with not just the work but the follow-through and their willingness to be responsible for the product that they had given us. It's owned by the same guy and I thought it was a pretty good company to go with. The clean-up so far has been good. They are not as mindful as I am. They left the work area one notch below how I would leave it, which isn't bad.

We wanted a specific brand and high quality water heater installed, plumbing plus was more than willing to handle it, their tech missed the initial appointment for estimate but when we called them about it they had someone out within a half hour. The pricing was a little high but fair and negotiation went smoothly (we did have to wait awhile for some responses, but a quick call/email reminder solved it). The install itself went flawless. City inspector came out to give permit and said he could tell just by looking at it that there wasn't going to be any problems. Very professional job and the office staff at plumbing plus followed up to make sure we were completely satisfied with work. All in all, we feel confident enough to recommend them to others and to call them for future work.

Good thoroughness - tough dirty job.

I called in AM to schedule same day service. My pilot light would not stay lit and we did not have hot water. Mike came out and determined that a part needed to be replaced. After he removed the part- he discovered that the part was full of soot and built up. He cleaned the part and removed the soot and the part began functioning again. This was excellent news- the part was going to have to be custom made and would take 3-5 days to arrive. The water heater was only 6 years old and it did not make sense to replace. The initial repair was quoted at approx $400 and a water heater replacement about $1200. They did not charge me anything to remove the soot- even though he spent 45 minutes to an hour at my house. He easily could have gone ahead with the repair and I really appreciate his honesty and integrity. I will use this plumber for any and all future plumbing needs- they have gained a loyal fan.

We have used several of their plumbers and they are very competent. They seem to be experienced and know what they are doing. I don't know what the going rate is and they weren't cheap, but they were very good. If somebody needs a reliable plumber I recommend them. I will continue to use them in the future.

All work was completed on time and as scheduled. I was extremely pleased with the results.

The water heater is located in a somewhat awkward spot, and we were a little concerned with the leak b/c we envisioned its replacement being relatively difficult. Mike was able to remove the old water heater and instill the new one quickly. Additionally, there was not much of a mess. The whole transaction was quick, and they disposed of the old water heater.

They are very professional. They are very thorough. They are very timely. They are easy to get a hold of when you need them. They are very knowledgeable. They clean up any mess that was made.

The representative was on time for his appointment and promptly replaced the broken the spigot. The kitchen faucet could not be repaired and needed replacing. The gentleman informed me that the manufacturer of my faucet warrants them for life. He provided me with the model number for my faucet and gave me the manufacturer's website information so I could request a replacement. I requested the replacement faucet from the manufacturer and have already received it. Yea! He could have not told me the faucet was warranted for life and sold me one instead and made a pretty penny as they are quite expensive. I'd never have been the wiser. His integrity can be found throughout this company and its sister company. I've used both before and will do so again in the future.

It was less than other quotes, and my experience was very positive. They people were all very professional.

I have been pleased with them. We have used them before and they have always done a good job. I think that they are good workers and they seem to get here on time.

The company was super responsive arriving within 1/2 hour of my call even though this was NOT an emergency. The worker took a look and did some figuring. He told me the price and had me sign off on a bill NOT ITEMIZED BEFORE he did any work. I had no idea how easy or difficult the task was. I thought the price was high but also thought that it would take the worker a while. Well, he was done in about 15 minutes! And it cost me $232 after the 10% Angie's List discount. YIKES. When I questioned the high price for this quick fix, the worker said the parts were the culprit. My husband got on the phone and called the company. My husband thought the part was around $40. The person on the phone said there was a $25 GAS fee. Well, this company is not more than 5 miles from my house. That's excessive! We never did get anywhere because once you sign off on the proposed cost, you are stuck! We're happy with the service but this was WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for the minor amount of work it took.

They are very professional when they were there working. They cleaned up everything when they were done working. They texturized the ceiling for me too.

The work and professionalism was absolutely outstanding. Last winter the water heater at my second story condo began leaking into the unit below me. Initially, my HOA scheduled their plumbing company out to inspect it. After making me wait a day and a half with no hot water, they showed up and immediately indicated that I would need a new water heater at a cost of over $2,000. I called Plumbing Plus for a second opinion and they sent someone out the same day. After a thorough inspection, Plumbing Plus informed me that my valve stems were bad and I did NOT need a new water heater. Additionally, they installed a pan under my water heater at a discounted price. The entire job ended up costing me $285! In my experience, this type of honesty and professionalism are rare. I have since referred them to several of my friends and they have been very pleased as well. I will never go anywhere else for my plumbing needs.

I won't use any one else but them for my plumbing needs. They are prompt, thorough, they are good at what they do, and they are neat. They had to jack hammer in to our floor and he was so good he only had ruin two tiles. If he had not had to do that you have never known he was here. They offered us several options.

Most of the time it was okay but the first time he put in the pipes they were in the wrong spot. He had to come back and move them but he did and they didn't recharge for it. He was a nice guy.

Plumbing Plus is a sister company to Remodel Works which is owned and operated by the Christenson family. I've been impressed with the Remodel Works employees that I'm currently working with on a bath remodel so chose Plumbing Plus when some repairs became necessary. The company's representative (Mike) arrived on time for both appointments. He was professional in both appearance and demeanor. He demonstrated a strong knowledge of his profession and was fully able to answer my many questions. Best of all when his work was complete I had hot water at every tap and no messes to clean up. I've required the services of plumbers on multiple other occasions and wish I'd known about Plumbing Plus at those times. Plumbing Plus is not inexpensive but the very best never is.

I called the company. I told John I was going to write a review on Angie's List if he didn't knock the price down. He said he would take off $86 which made the cost $342.40. I mailed him a new check and asked that he return the previous check that was written. I haven't heard back from the company yet but I still feel I paid too much for 45 minutes of work. I will never use this company again.

They told us that they would take off the shower head, put a new handle on the toilet and install a new flapper kit. All of this work would cost us $380, which we felt that this was over priced. So he left and now I still don't have my shower head on. However, I would like to note that the man who came out was very nice, and showed us in the book how much it would cost. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, the company was just too expensive and I felt out of range.

They were real good and did a really clean job. They were also on time to perform it. I liked the fact that they explained what was wrong before they started the work, and they kept good communication.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEIR WORKERS WERE FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. THEY FINISHED THE WORK QUICKLY AND NEATLY. THEY HAD GREAT PRICES AND THEIR PRODUCTS WERE OF GOOD QUALITY. I WILL AND HAVE USED THEIR SERVICES AGAIN.
