Jared was quick, thorough and professional. His schedule ran long through the day and his office called to see if we could work on a later time in the day. That was easily accomplished and I appreciated the phone call. Jared arrived within the new time window. He assessed each hose bib and explained my options as well as the costs associated with multiple options. Once we had the agreed upon price, he explained there might be some stucco damage but he would do his best to minimize this - and he did. No damage. This is my first experience with Plumbing Plus and should I need plumbing services again, I'll call them again. Recommend this company based on this experience.

Very smoothly. Nate was a total professional, knew exactly what to do and kept me posted as time went on as to how much longer it would take.

When I called for an estimate for plumbing for a bathroom remodel, I was told I would be charged an emergency charge of at least $200 for any appointment for an estimate after 5pm. This is ridiculous! My husband and I work full time and I only want an estimate... no plumbing emergency.

My sink faucet was leaking. I was able to schedule service to be completed within just a few hours of my call. Cost of service noted below is labor only. I provided the new faucetl.

Only down side was a recommendation for restoration work: Ace Floor & Restoration; work was terrific, but I think we were way overcharged.

They said that they would be at my place between 8-10am. They showed up at exactly 8am!! The technician answered all my questions, he kept me informed as to what he was doing. We chit chated, he was very respectful to a senior citizen (me!!). I plan to hire Plumbing Pus every time I need the plumbing worked on and I would recommend them in a heart beat. Wonderful customer service!!!!!!

The tech (Robert) and the owner (Mike) spent much time, effort and brain power on solving our water heater issues. Over the course of several visits they were able to figure it out and get it working as well as possible given the complexity and mystery of the plumbing in our remodeled house. Prior to hiring Plumbing Plus we had several other very experienced plumbers investigate the problem, and none of them were able to help us, which says a lot. I might add that I thought the price for the work was very reasonable given the amount of hours these guys put in.

This company is great! I had an appointment with a different plumbing company for this morning. I was given a time frame of 2 hours (8-10) to have toilet fixed. I waited, getting nervous as it approached 10 and had not heard a peep from the first plumber. A few minutes after 10 the first plumber called and wanted to reschedule. I was pretty upset. I started searching angieslist again and the first two plumbing companies said they wouldn't be able to get a plumber out today but recommended Plumbing Plus. I am glad they did. I called and was given a two hour time frame 3-5p for today. Awesome! At 223pm I received a text stating the tech's name Robert from Plumbing Plus was on his way along with details of Robert's experience as well as a pic and contact number...wow!...very impressed and very appreciative of such great customer service! Robert is professional and courteous. He arrived before 3 and took very little time to get the job completed. I recommend Plumbing Plus and will definitely have them return to fix any plumbing.

The plumber, Isaiah, was polite, on time, and finished his work quickly. The cost of the service was reasonable and it was a hassle-free experience.

Plumbing Plus respondents quickly and sent Darryl Fountain to the rescue. He was professional, worked well with our window crew onsite and installed a shut off at that spot as well. Everyone worked to move the unit enough for a window to be accessed. The price was spot on and we are so grateful for the help to solve this issue.

It was a super hot day .They started at 7 and finished at 1. They called the UDig to mark off the utilities locations and came back to clean up the markings. Very responsive to my emails. Our next door neighbor had a leak in their meter box. A technician came out and replaced a valve. Anyone could have taken advantage of this situation and told them they had to have the pipe replaced but this company has integrity.

They removed the pipe and refitted with a shorter one that angled down and added the shut off value I requested, but also added the flex hose that I would need as well as added bonus. The call to schedule was easy, they were available at the time slots that worked for me, and they were prompt and courteous. It was a very easy experience to deal with them and I would definitely call them for future needs.

Resolved. Top notch professionals with courteous and prompt service. Will never go anywhere else. True winning team!

Great. Jared was here within the hour, had no trouble replacing the fractured pipe quickly. He took the time to understand my concerns with water heater. It all went very well.

By far and away the most expensive quote we received out of four quotes. I knew they ran expensive but this was crazy. Nice technicians but again price way too high and time spent evaluating the project (for the estimate) was notably longer than anyone else.

The estimate from Anderson was extremely high, and we ultimately had the work done by another firm at a significantly lower price.

Nathan came in and quickly and efficiently repaired the problem. When a second leak developed, he handled it without going over the estimate.

The experience from the outset was excellent. The staff answering the phones and making appointments were pleasant. There was a text with a biography and photo of the technician who was coming. The technician, Scott was pleasant, knowledgeable and made me feel confident that he had the requisite skills. He also came across as very ethical and fixed the problem. All in all, a pleasant experience - assuming one can have a pleasant experience with a water leak...
