I cannot praise enough about the work Robert and Isaiah installing tankless heater. Removing tanks from basement and plumbing the system finishing the rain. Robert is especially communicative in assessment and correction problems.

There was an increase in the price due to the problem but not unreasonably so. I had water backing up in the bathtub and the toilet would not flush. I called Plumbing Plus and they were able to come out in several hours which was such a relief. Garrett arrived on scheduled time and was very professional. He fixed the problem without any issues. He could not have been any better. If he is the type of person that is employed by Professional Plumbing I give them thumbs up!

We were very pleased with Chris Taylor's service. He was able to come out and diagnose our problem the next morning after we called the evening before. He arrived about 8:30 a.m. and we had a new hot water heater complete with hot water by 1 p.m. Chris was highly competent and work efficiently to get the job done. I will definitely call Plumbing Plus the next time I need a plumber.

They took care of the problem we had and they did it in good time. They were very good and were very professional. I have no complaints whatsoever.

BEST CONTRACTOR IN THE AREA. THIS IS THE FOURTH TIME I HAVE USED REMODEL WORKS. THERE PRICING IS FAIR, THE WORKMANSHIP IS SUPERB, AND THEY ARE ALWAYS ON SCHEDULE. THEY ARE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND ALWAYS SATISFY THE CUSTOMERS' WISHES.

The service person arrived on-time and replaced old duct that showed significant signs of corrosion. Additional material cost was collected beside the deal cost. The charge seems reasonable.

Original faucet installed in our 1978 home was removed and new faucet installed. Works perfectly. The temperature control of the Grohe unit was broken and repaired efficiently.

The job was excellent. The water in the house we moved into had be turned off for almost a year, due to leaky faucets and plumbing. Plumbing plus showed up on time and spent almost two days testing, repairing and replacing our faucets, hot water heater, and the internals of our toilets. The house has five bathrooms and three kitchen sinks. In addition, he replaced the four outside hose bibs. We had just moved into the house, and were unable to use most of the plumbing, until the plummer repaired the items. He was very efficient, and systematically went through the complete home, until everything was working properly. He also provided recommendations on how and with what companies to improve our water, since we had very hard water.

It went well, but it wasn't that big of a job. The main thing is that the work was performed at the quoted price. And, the work was done in the manner expected.

They were prompt and friendly, and they clearly explained the repair that needed to be done without any upselling. (Those are my reasons for the overall "A" rating.) But in the end we found another plumber who did the same work with good results for significantly less than Plumbing Plus's estimate. (That's why I rated PP a "B" for price.) I'd still consider calling them for an estimate in the future, though, since they seemed to be a quality operation.
