Description of Work: Our water heater was blowing water out of the top on a Saturday night...figures! NWe called and left messages for a couple of highly rated Angie's list plumbers. Plumbing Plus was the first to call us back. The technician was able to talk me through how to shut off the water going into the heater vs the whole house over the phone. He arrived early on Sunday to replace the heater. We are so grateful for the prompt and thorough service! Under such a stressful situation, Plumbing Plus Provided exceptional service! We would use them again, although we hope we don't need to anytime soon!

Description of Work: I called my regular plumbing outfit at 8:30 am on.Wednesday Told they would call me back in an hour. I called back at 1:30pm. Told someone would call me at 4:30pm. I called at 5:00pm & got the answering service. I called PLUMBING PLUS late that night & left information on their answering machine. Early the next morning (Thursday) they called & were at my house by 9:00am. They did a great job. They wanted to know if I wanted the broken seal piece { piece toilet mounted to ) under the toilet repaired or replaced. I went with replaced. Very professional. I would use them for ALL plumbing issues. The other company called me on Wednesday the following week to ask "If anyone had called back". I am very happy with the work & service provided to me by PLUMBING PLUS.

Description of Work: We had a bathroom remodel done by RemodelWorks that is a partner of Plumbing Plus so when we bought a new kitchen faucet we wanted it installed by someone we trusted. The plumber was on time and professional and quick! We've had the faucet in for over 2 months without a problem.

Description of Work: Mike and his team of expert plumbers did all of the plumbing work associated with our recent home remodel project. They provided excellent service and were extraordinarily professional and friendly. They are the highest quality plumbing company we have ever used and they are definitely now the only plumbing service we will ever use!

Description of Work: They showed up, for a non-emergency, within two hours of me calling them. The fixed the drain in my shower and repaired an additional problem - a leak in my guest bathroom. In addition to fixing the drain they showed me how to prevent the problem from reoccurring. I did everything I asked for the price of a service call ... minus the $25 discount from their website. They couldn't have done a better job. I will definitely call them again if I need a plumber.
