Perfect Heating & Air

Perfect heating and air installed my heat and air a few years ago and I have them check it every year. This is a great family owned business. I highly recommend them. Today they came out because I thought something was wrong with my thermostat just to find out it is smarter than me. Nothing was wrong but they explained it all to me and checked all my equipment. They are just so patient and knowledgeable.

My experience with Perfect Heating and Air was indeed perfect. My 40+ year old furnace died, so I did some research to find a suitable make/model that would fit my narrow furnace closet in the garage. I emailed my results to Perfect Heating and Air and another local Poway HVAC company. Audra at Perfect promptly responded, the other company never responded. Audra was very helpful with additional make/model suggestions. She promptly answered my questions and emailed manufacturer brochures and related information, and cost estimates with no hint of pressure to select a particular manufacturer. After reviewing all the information, I selected a Goodman furnace which had the highest heat output, longest warranty, excellent reliability rating, and lowest price ($400 less than a model I had mentioned to Audra). Audra advised that the Goodman furnace was a 2 day delivery from the distributor, so we selected an installation date a week away. Chris arrived as scheduled and had the furnace installed and checked out in under 3 hours. Chris was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The finished installation looked very neat. Of course, he took the appropriate virus prevention measures. Perfect Heating and Air is exactly the type of company I like to do business with, a small local business that depends on their reputation for repeat business. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Perfect Heating and Air.

We lost our AC when it was 115 degrees and we decided we needed a new HVAC system. I called several business and they were the ONLY ones to come within 24 hours and then provide an immediate estimate that was honest and competitive. Additionally they put in our new system 2 days later! No BS, I highly recommend this company and will be using them again for any and all of my HVAC needs!

wow.... They came and told me I need a new AC and they waive the charges. Honest people!
