+ 0 moreI was disappointed about their service. I don't know if I you had some positive things about them on Angie's List but they really annoyed us. They were nonresponsive. We listed the place with them and did not hear from them; we had to reach out to them to give us the status. They had really poor service. They had been making us a bid.
Description of Work: I used Panda Realty as my realtor for property management services.

+ 0 moreLinda Bell of Panda Realty is by far the best Property Manager we have ever hired. She's responsive, takes care of the property, finds good tenants, is an expert in property management, and is honest and dependable. Because of her owning a rental property is easy and pain free. Highly recommended!
Description of Work: Linda Bell of Panda realty has managed our rental property for several years. She selects tenants, removes tenants if required, maintains the property, and collects/disperses monthly rent. Her services are ongoing.
