Steve was timely and impressive on the phone. He asked for info ahead of time to save us time and money. However, he apparently didn't take the info down correctly, because he still wound up having to get a pump. He failed to diagnose the front fountain problem and said he thought we might have an underground wiring problem. And he couldn't do anything with the rear fountain. He was a disappointment.
Description of Work: Attempted to replace pumps in 2 fountains and restart one.

WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE TO ARRIVE EARLY JUNE (CAN'T REMEMBER DATE)7:30AM. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME. THEY SAID THE JOB WOULD TAKE ABOUT 2 DAYS, FINISHING BY 3PM THE NEXT DAY. THE MEN DID THIS JOB SO FAST AND EFFICIENT AND FINISHED THE NEXT DAY BY 2PM. I THOUGHT THIS JOB WOULD NO WAY BE DONE ON TIME, BUT THESE GUYS WORKED TOGETHER TOO SUFFICIENTLY, IT WAS AMAZING. GIVE THEM A A+.
Description of Work: P.W. CAME IN AND TORE OUT AN OLD POND AND WATERFALL THAT WE HAD PUT IN OURSELVES. THEY BUILT A NEW WATERFALL AND POND. PUT IN A FILTER SYSTEM, DRAINAGE, PUMP INCLUDING PLUMBING.
