+ -1 moreThe salemen at Office Depot are well trained and seemed to give practical and timely advice. I brought my computer in to the store and they set it up for a diagnostic right there while I watched. Then gave me an estimate of cost and time. They called me in two days and I picked it up very relieved that it was fixed.
Description of Work: Computer was frozen due to malware that my McAfee could not fix. They took immediate action to set up a diagnostic and completely repaired the software for me. The added software for diagnostics resides on my computer still. but I don't think I need it.

+ -1 moreI was totally pleased with the work that they had done. They were able to do something that I could not do and I like being able to manage my own computer but this one I could not and they had the expertise to do that. I would definitely recommend them and again I might end up taking one of my other computer to them, my wife’s laptop in particular because they did a really professional job so I guess, it was back up to my standard. This was my first experience with them. In terms of price, I think it was reasonable. I would definitely use their services again in the future.
Description of Work: I used the services of Office Depot. I had my laptop brought in to Office Depot for a repair. The last time I used their services was in February of this year. I had them to rebuild the software. It was not hardware repair, just that it was not operating very optimally and I could not do it myself so I took it to them. It was complicated in the sense, this laptop did not have a disk drive, so the portable one I had did not work and they somehow were able to figure it out how to do it. They might have charged me $200 for the repair.
