ENRIQUE TORRES DID NOT PERFORM THE WORK AS PROMISED. HE TOOK $6500 AND PURCHASED A TRUCK FOR HIS PERSONAL USE, THEN PROCEEDED TO USE PROFANITY WHEN WE CONFRONTED HIM ABOUT THE USE OF OUR MONEY AND LACK OF RECEIPTS. HE TRIED TO SUE IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT FOR ADDITIONAL MONEY - THE JUDGE RULED IN OUR FAVOR AS HE WAS GUILTY OF CONTRACTING WITHOUT A LICENSE AND MISSAPPROPRIATION OF FUNDS.
Description of Work: ENRIQUE TORRES CLAIMED TO OWN THIS COMPANY (MYCOM ELECTRIC). THEIR LICENSE HAS BEEN EXPIRED SINCE 2002. HE WAS CONTRACTED TO DO A GUEST HOUSE FOR $38,000. THEY DID NOT PERFORM THE WORK ACCORDING TO THE CONTRACT, AND MISSAPPROPRIATELY USED OUR ADVANCED FUNDS. THEY CAUSED ADDITIONAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY DUE TO MISREPRESENTING HIS SKILL LEVEL. THEY ARE ALSO USING THE COMPANY NAME OF FAIRWAY ELECTRIC.
