The installation of the flooring and baseboards was sloppy. Of more concern to me is that they have $6615.00 of our money that we prepaid for undelivered wood flooring and travertine. After we wrote them a check for the flooring, MVP closed their store in Poway. The BBB was unable to resolve the issue. We are currently working with the Contractors State License Board to recover our $6615.00.
Description of Work: MVP installed hardwood flooring in our home.

This purchase was based on a previous good experience several years before, when I bought hardwood flooring and carpet. Ken, who I think is the owner, remembered all of my details immediately as well as the layout of my home and provided wonderful recommendations. I purchased this flooring sight unseen while living far away and trusted my home to his installation crew, which worked out without a hitch. The installation went flawlessly and all the floors look beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: They installed new laminate flooring and carpet throughout my home.
