Description of Work: Keith came to gave us an estimate on replacing the windows and sliding doors at our new home. He was responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. He measured all windows and gave us three estimates on the spot. Although we have not yet hired the home depot team for windows replacement, Keith's in-home free estimate experience was an A+. He also took us to a home to check out the installation job the team team performed. We would definitely recommend Keith from the home depot for windows replacement. He was a good and wonderful guy who was helpful with other questions which were not on his job description. He helped us out with turning on the main water line and diagnosing exterior plumbing problems.

+ -1 moreAFTER SEVEN WEEKS, THEY COULDN'T FIND MY DOOR, SO I HAD TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND DEMAND A REFUND. THEY WERE DISORGANIZED AND AT ONE POINT HAD TOLD ME A MANAGER WAS LOOKING FOR THE DOOR. IT WAS A VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. THEY SEEMED CONFUSED.
Description of Work: I ORDERED A DOOR THROUGH THEM AND HAD TO FILL OUT A BUNDLE OF PAPERWORK WHICH DETAILED THE EXTRA MATERIALS NEEDED FOR THE JOB. I PURCHASED A MIDDLE GRADE DOOR.
