Top-notch professionalism. This is the first contractor I've worked with in a long time that came in both on-time and on-budget. Friendly staff, kept me informed. Being on-time meant they did not interfere with the timeline of other trades on the jobsite. They were courteous to other contractors and neighboring businesses. Will use again.

So I called the office. The receptionist took my information and advised me that someone from the field would call in the next couple of days. I waited, and waited, and waited. No call ever. I figured that they were too busy at this time of year and didn't want to look at my job.

They very cooperative. Got the job done in a limited time frame.

Our property is the first townhome at the entrance of the complex. Eagle Paving resurfaced the asphalt for the whole townhome complex. They got blacktop on the tiles to our patio and we experience flooding everytime it rains. Eagle came out and performed a "patch" job to drain the water away from our patio to the drainage in the street. The patchwork is of poor quality and is an eyesore for everyone entering the complex and they have not fixed the drainage problem. A representative who claimed to be the owners brother stopped by late one evening to inspect the repair job and said the problem would be addressed. We have yet to see anyone at the property again. If this is a sample of their customer service and the quality of their work, then they need to perhaps find another business. I do have pictures to provide as proof of the shoddy repairs.
