+ -1 moreI have been using this service for many years, and it's the best pool service of the many pool service providers I've had over the past 30 years. The owner, Dale Quezada, takes pride in making sure everything is done perfectly, and he takes immediate action if one of his employees is not up to snuff. Every time they clean the pool, they leave a form behind showing the pool chemistry that day and what chemicals they added, so that I know they actually showed up and did the work. One of his employees recently left, and Dale has been coming to do the work himself and is now training in the replacement. This shows me that he really cares about making sure the quality of the employee's work meets his high standards.
Description of Work: Weekly pool maintenance, annual filter cleaning, and equipment repairs as necessary. They come weekly and charge $100 per month for the service. Filter cleaning and equipment repairs are extra and are billed when those services are performed. For major repairs, they have hired a subcontractor who builds swimming pools.

Description of Work: Needed help with an old pool system that was new to us. Having problems with the filter blowing the DE back into the pool after back flush. Dales Pool had both the parts we needed and had several suggestions to fix the problem. We were ready to throw up our hands and have someone make a costly housecall and repair the equipment. Dale talked us through a potential fix which worked and only turned out to be a small $5 gasket ring. The rest of the expense was from us shooting in the dark before we asked for help from Dale! We felt he had our best interest in mind and truly wanted to help us. We will absolutely return for our pool supplies.

+ -1 moreHe has been doing it on and off for several years. Actually, he is coming over this week again. I don't remember what I spent the last time but I am spending $1000 this week. He is a personable guy. I like the guy. His business is close to my business, and I remember when he started his own business, I supported him. He helps me out. When I had a little emergency one time, he came out and took care of it. I would continue to use him in the future.
Description of Work: Dales Pool & Spa has done work around my house on my pool.
