+ -1 moreThey came and picked up the rug, it is big. They took it and cleaned it. They did a beautiful job and delivered it the next day. I would them for this rug because I was scared to death. We didn't know what to do because it can't get wet.
Description of Work: I used them on one big rug that I have. It is made of viscose and it can not be wet. My girlfriend's dog peed on it.

+ -1 moreHad to come back second time because after the first time, the carpet was still very dirty. Carpet still doesn't look great. Both times they were very late (l-2 hours). I would not use them again.

+ -1 moreTHE CARPET CREW ARRIVED ON TIME AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, ESPECIALLY ON THE SPOT REMOVAL. THE CARPET WAS ALMOST DRY AFTER THEY WERE DONE. I GUESS THAT IS WHY THEY CALL IT CHEMDRY.
Description of Work: CARPET CLEANING SERVICE FOR LIVING ROOM AND BEDROOM. GOLD SERVICE HAS SPOT REMOVAL.
