Charles Stanley Handyman Service

He is really good! He is a difficult to get a quote from unless he is in your home.

The service went okay. They did a great job when they got here. I did have problems with getting them scheduled for the estimate. I had to schedule 2 appointments for the estimate. They were late to the appointment but arrived in about a half hour of the appointment time. They showed up on time for the job, however. I plan on using the company again for my mother. Four technicians came out and completed the job in about 3 hours. They were all very nice and polite. They were able to complete a difficult job and were great at cleaning up after themselves. They gave very detailed on how to use the awning.

This is an update to the previous review of contractor Charles Stanley, dba Charles Stanley Handymen Service. Two weeks ago he decided to reimburse me for the amount that I have paid to the other contractor for fixing his problems. On 07/10/2014, he did pay me in full. Therefore, I consider that his case is closed.

The Handyman that came out worked so efficiently. I'm very impressed at all he was able to do in the time we had. Will hire again.

Excellent, quick work.

Despite a late start, we all know how Mondays go, Charles sent his nephew and a friend to get the work done. Josh and Carlos arrived and got to work right away. then Charles arrived as well. With the three of them working, the job was done in less than an hour. They were all very polite and personable. Josh warned about the old, angled stops and water supply lines, on the affected toilet, so I told them I would schedule another appt. to upgrade these parts, to assure better service in future.

I called Charles twice on the phone and emailed him twice asking him to contact a tenant to set up an appointment for service. Both times he assured me that he would, but we still haven't heard from him a week after the second call.
