First call for estimate was no charge since we purchased the unit and had it installedby Camino. Very professional, clean, efficient service.

We had them look at our stuff and we have accepted it. We have been doing business with them for more than 20 years. I don’t think there has been any change. They have the same ownership and the same quality of service. They are good. They were punctual. They came when they said they would for the estimate. They spent almost two hours looking at the situation and gathering information. Two days later, they sent a written bid to me. It covered everything and it was acceptable. From the other things that I have seen, read and heard, their price was very competitive. It wasn't the cheapest, but it did include everything. It was a turnkey job. Their responsiveness was good. They were very professional.

10 years ago we had Camino Air Conditioning install a new high efficiency heater and upgrade the house to central air conditioning. George (Owner) gave us a good price and had some very innovative solutions for getting more return vents in the house for the A/C since the house was not setup for central air. Move ahead 10 years and it is time to replace the roof and move all the pipes and wiring under the roof during the re-roof process (Flat roof home with no attic or crawl space). I gave George a call and he came right out and took a look at what needed to be relocated. The work had to be completed on a specific day during the re-roofing which he was able to accommodate. The pipes and wiring were removed weeks prior to the roof work and the refrigerant was captured and saved. The workman carefully removed the pipes and cut them up into sections that could be reused under the roof. George and his crew showed up on the specified day and went right to work reinstalling under the roof sheathing which required lots of drilling though joists and tight corners. The work was completed on time, compressor cleaned and A/C system tested. These guys know what they are doing and do excellent work.
