CH&AC was the first company that was able to fit me in in just a couple of days instead of over a week. Nathan came and did a great job unclogging the main drain, and was very professional. I will definitely call them again in the fall to service my condenser (much less urgent), and any time in the future that I might have another problem.

Furnace Tune Up: Heat Exchanger was inspected for deterioration. Burners were inspected and cleaned as necessary. Thermocouple was inspected. Fan switch was checked and adjusted if necessary. Pilot orifice was cleaned and pilot flame adjusted as necessary. Safety controls were operationally tested. Blower was inspected and lubricated per manufactures recommendations. Gas line was leak tested from the nearest shut off valve to the burners. Combustion air opening was checked. Flue vent was inspected for deterioration. Thermostat was checked. Air Filter was inspected and cleaned or replaced (if disposable). Furnished inspection report and advise of any abnormal conditions or necessary repairs (which were none). For the A/C Tune Up: Fan Motor was inspected and lubricated per manufactures recommendations. Condenser was checked for proper refrigerant levels. Checked all electrical components and controls. Cleaned condenser coils. Thermostat was checked. Furnished inspection report and advise of any abnormal conditions or necessary repairs (again, none).
