It was too expensive. They were fine. They showed up when they said they were going to but it was just more expensive than I would have gotten for a microwave fix. They were here for about 30 minutes and then that was it. It was fine. They do come to your house so that's probably why it costs so much. They were on time. I would like to find something that's less expensive but I guess I would use them again because there's not a lot of appliance repair people working here.

WOW!. Paul is the best service tech I have come across in years. I called the morning of 11/5 because my refrigerator wasn't cooling properly. By 1:30 Paul was out here and assessed the problem. Unfortunately he had to order a board and wouldn't be able to make it back until the 8th. I asked to be put on his cancellation list in the event something opened up sooner. In the meantime, he defrosted the freezer section so I could limp by until he could get back. Later in the evening I received a call that he had a cancellation for today, the 6th between 4 and 6. He called about 2:00 and said he could come earlier. He showed up with the part but found it wasn't solving the problem. He then went and got an additional board and was back within the hour and fixed the issues. Granted it wasn't cheap but here's the real deal....they warrant their parts and labor for a whole year. You are lucky to get 30-60 days out of most company. This sealed the deal for me and made me a bit more comfortable about how expensive the repair was. I know they won't leave me in the cold in a couple of months. I highly recommend this company not only for the great warranty but also for their professionalism. Thanks Paul for a job well done.

They did a good job. He didn't really know what was wrong so it ended up like being like a service call before he ended up to replace several parts and ended up replacing the whole front panel. It took probably 2 and a half weeks for them to replace the parts 'cause they would replace one thing and that wouldn't work so then they replaced the whole door panel.

It went well. They were very punctual. The rep. was professional. He called before he came. We were very happy with them.

We had a technician come out for a service call. He determined the problem was the water pump. Washer was 10 years old so we decided to put the money towards a new machine.

My dryer broke the day before leaving on a trip. Called to get a technician to come out and take a look but they were booked solid. The person I talked with was very nice and helpful, even gave me the number to the manufacturer to get someone in my area.

I had tried several other services with little or no response - Appliance Rescue was prompt on the phone and had a tech dispatched same day. Saw the problem quickly and spent time getting it solved - I only downgrade a bit since it wasn't and quot;white gloveand quot; service. I had to provide some towels and do some clean up during and after the job was done, but really not bad considering the price and promptness.

They gave me a two hour window but showed up w/in the first hour and knew immediately what was wrong. They had the part on hand and had it fixed and were gone in half an hour. I didn't find it particularly cheap but I had a tub full of water and clothes (which I did not have to empty out, thankfully) so I was just grateful to have it taken care of so efficiently.

Scheduling was prompt, the repairman arrived on time, and completed the work to my satisfaction. He did a great job, and I would not hesitate to contact him again if another appliance repair was needed. Two thumbs way up!

I called my extended warranty service Plan Company and setup an appointment for this company to repair my refrigerator. I was provided a confirmation number and assumed my service appointment was set for the next day. I arrived home from work approximately 30 minutes ahead of my scheduled service window and waited for the technician to arrive. I received an email and a phone call confirming the appointment yet no one arrived at my home. I called 1-800-500-7302 which was the phone number provided by my warranty company. The phone was answered and I spoke to someone in the office explaining I was calling to determine the status of my service call. I was told that they did in fact receive my service request but had failed to dispatch a technician. The person I spoke with was non apologetic and actually dismissive. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there was no one I could speak with and that I would need to call back Monday morning. This company obviously is not customer centric nor do they understand the liability of their actions. California Civil Code Section 1722(a) (1) applies to businesses with at least 25 employees. The law covers scheduled delivery or repair services that require the customer's presence. If the business worker fails to show at the agreed-upon date and during a four-hour window of time, the customer could collect damages up to $600. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

The technicians showed up promptly. They immediately knew what it was based on my description of the problem. They fixed it and were out within an hour. Both were very friendly and professional. The price was a bit higher than some places, but it was worth it because of the level of service. My oven works great now!

I called 800Appliance in Poway to make an appointment and got one for between 4-6pm the same day. Robert, the service technician, called at around 3:20pm and asked if he could come over a little early as he was running ahead of time. I happily agreed. He showed up 20 minutes later and after I had explained the problem, he went straight to work. He opened up the top and back of the washer, took off the rotor assembly and checked everything that was accessible. He determined that something must have broken between the tub and drum. To take the tub and drum out of the washer would be a two man job and so he gave me an estimate of $510 (max) for the repair. I think for the work involved this is not an unreasonable price. I have an LG front-load washer and these are not so easy to repair. But I think instead of having the repair done, I'll probably buy a new washer. Since Robert was here and I had to pay for the service call anyway, I also had him take a look at the ice maker in my fridge which stopped working a few months ago. He said that the water line was probably frozen and I should unplug the fridge for a few days if at all possible. He also gave me an estimate for the repair If defrosting wasn't an option. Anyway, I thought that Robert was very professional, took his time to check everything carefully and gave good advice. I would definitely use this company again.

Paul was the man who came to do the work. He was very conscientious. He came when he said he was going to. It appears that he did the job right because my stove is working just fine. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, had the part in his van and fixed the problem. Works great! Very satisfied!

They made appointments for estimates for two large appliances. Looked at both. The cost to fix both appliances was going to be over $300, so we got the oven fixed. We can wash dishes by hand. So, dishwasher still needs to be fixed. I was hoping that because we were getting two fixed, they would give us a better deal. However, everything was very professional and the repairman knew what he was doing.

The tech was very friendly, but the repairs should have been done in one visit. The price was twice what was quoted.

Company was able to give us a timely appointment; service man was prompt, courteous, capable and made all necessary repairs. It was a fairly easy fix; the serviceman had the necessary part and was able to complete the repair quickly.

I called to schedule an appointment to repair by microwave/oven combination. The microwave becomes blazing hot without being on. I explained the problem in detail and the company sent out a technician who arrived promptly for the appointment. The problem is that he was not a microwave repairman and I would need to reschedule to Tuesday. I had taken the day off and so was not very happy. I called the office to ask how the mistake could have been made as I had explained the problem in detail and could she see if perhaps someone could come out today. Amanda looked up my address and said that it wasn’t possible since they try to keep the same technician for all property management companies. I said I had called her, not the property management company to which she snapped that I was a tenant and I should not have called her in the first place. Not knowing what she was talking about, I told her I owned my home and was not a tenant. She then said the name of the property management company to which I said I had never heard of them. She then snapped that in spite of all this, someone couldn’t come out until Tuesday. Based on my phone call with her and the lack of professionalism, I cancelled my appointment.
