Fist time my refrigerator was down took them 3 weeks to fix it. The technician that came just shook my fridge and said he had found the problem with out taking apart. Not even a month since they fix it and my fridge is out again. Same guy came in and took it apart and pointed out a different problem I ask him want was wrong with it and just point and not even talk to me. Now I have to wait 8 to 10 days to get my part.

This company is a joke. I don't understand how they're still in business, but I have an idea... By ripping people off. They're crooks! They just charge the initial service charge to "diagnose" but never repair anything. Don't show up when they're supposed to, even after providing a 6 hour time frame for their visit, making customers waste a good part of their day waiting for them. I called them a few minutes before they closed, which was a few minutes before the end of the time frame they were supposed to show up only to be told that the tech had submitted a work order with pictures of the fridge sticker as proof that he had showed up, but that the model in the picture of the sticker did not match what they have on record for me... Obviously it was because he never showed up and submitted pictures of a random refrigerator, not mine. Long story short, just stay away from them! I'll be providing my review in all platforms I can, including filing a complain with BBB.

Run people run!!! What a sorry excuse of a business!!! Don't waste your time. It took 10 days to get an appointment for my washer, was given a 6 hour window noon to 6pm. No one shows! No one calls! Called the office, it closed at 5pm. Left a message. Next morning no return call, tried calling numerous times, last time I called the phone rang for 5 minutes, still no one answers. Know wonder they have a one star rating on Yelp and a one star rating on the BBB site with a grade of C- and 9 complaints filed. The rating should be a F!! You don't treat customers like that. Make them wait 10 days, then wait all day, then don't bother showing up or calling to inform the customer. They can't even be bothered to return a call or answer the phone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I was forced to use this company because my Home Warranty Company sent them to do my washer repair. It's been 33 days since I first contacted this company and my washing machine repair is still not completed! They never ordered all the correct parts the first time and on the 3rd visit they realized they are still missing another part! Very unprofessional and the techs don't seem to care.

CHECK BBB Horrible ratings and all negative reviews! So upset that American Home Shield sent out such a poor vendor!!! I am on hold with them right now to share my piece of mind!

I placed a work order with this company in February 2017. My dishwasher and fridge were not operating properly. The tech that came out did not run any kind of diagnostics check on my dishwasher or fridge. He was in my house for about 5 minutes. He said he would order parts for both items and they would be back in about 3 to 5 days. ONE MONTH LATER, Antech calls to schedule the repair. The fridge was repaired. The tech ran a system check on my dishwasher and even checked out the switch board. He then realized my dishwasher needed another part. He told me about 3 to 5 business days to be repaired. Probably another month!! He was out of my house so fast he was talking to me with his back to me as he was walking out my door. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY, and if your warranty through your home is through Antech, have them call someone else.

This company was sent out to us for repair our refrigerator under our service contract. Right now it's the Monday before Thanksgiving and Antech apparently does not care that our refrigerator is not working thanks to the "repair" that was done Saturday. On Saturday their technician replaced the ice maker. Sunday morning (yesterday) we woke up to a warm refrigerator. The "customer service" lady said they had no appointments until next month. And she was sure that an ice machine replacement had nothing to do with the refrigerator not working. She was supposed to have her manager call me but he shined it on. We discovered that it was the technician's fault. He had put the unit on "in-store demonstration mode" which left the lights on inside the unit but turned off the refrigeration. The technician forgot to turn it back to regular mode when he left. Oh, and by the way, the ice maker does not work! Do not let these people touch your appliances!

I have AHS home warranty and needed service on my microwave, the touch screen stopped working. They connected me with Antech appliances. I read the reviews on Yelp, and was not expecting great service as all the reviews are horrible. Tech made an appointment for between 11-3PM - showed up at 4:15PM, inconvenient since unfortunately I am not one of those people who sit leisurely at home all day eating bon-bons. Took 4 minutes to diagnose what I had told him was wrong (bad touch screen) and said he would order the part and come back to install it. Got a call a week later and made an appointment for between 11-3PM again. It is now 4:47PM and tech still isn't here. I've again had to shuffle my kids around and get them rides to practices and games (as I type this, I am missing my daughter's softball playoff game, (p***** doesn't even begin to express my feelings). A 4 hour window is a pretty good chunk of time to wait.......add another 2 hours to that and you're gonna have some pretty p***** off customers. Why do I have a feeling who ever runs this company barely graduated high school?
