Description of Work: During the estimate he made it seem like a lot of work and materials were involved to fix our problems. In fact the work took a little over an hour and used very little materials and was not very involved. I felt the job was misrepresented and that I was taken advantage of.

Description of Work: Smith Roofing repaired two roof leaks and re-shingled a fairly large section of our home's roof. Mr. Smith was highly accessible. His employees were quiet, courteous and efficient. They were professionals. Mr. Smith stayed within his bid and the price was reasonable. I learned about Smith Roofing from Angie's List and appreciate the referral.

Description of Work: Ryan came by and provided a quote for reroofing the house. He provided a lot of information and recommendations on procedures and how the old roof was not quite right. I contracted with him, and the crew came in. All his workers were very professional, cleaned the area at the end of the day and worked very clean. Ryan was on the job site most of the time. He found that there was something they didn't have to do, and reduced the cost from the original quote. Everything went extremely well, roof looks great. Smith's Roofing also provided a 30 year warranty on my roof. Highly recommend Smith's Roofing for any of your roofing needs. Call Ryan.

Description of Work: We needed new roof on The Pumphouse in Visalia. Smiths Roofing did an excellent job, they were fast profesonal price. We are very happy with Ryan and all of his employees.

Description of Work: To re-roof my house, 2 story w/garage and flat roof area, I got 20 ( yes) different companies to bid. Smith's was one of the lowest quotes and one of the few who would modify their installation to my specifications. They notified and showed me when they discovered problems and discussed possible remedies, all to my satisfaction. City inspectors commented how good a job it was ! When the job was complete and paid, I remembered and mentioned a possible leak area I had previously around the chimney, they sent someone out to flash and tar around it AGAIN, even though they had done an adequate job already and they are 45 minutes away ! Great communication and great work. Highly recommended.
